Alternative uses for flavours?
submitted over 2 years ago by TommDiamond

Quit vaping but this year in January in got myself some flavours. Now I have around 20, some of them almost full ~8ml left but others almost empty. Nobody would buy a bunch of random opened flavours and I was interested in what other stuff can I use them in order to finish more bottles?

Protein shakes, water, cookies, desserts, whatever.

There’s surely someone here who is just starting out that I bet would pay for shipping if not a local pickup. Pay it forward imo is the best use for it.

Can you mix like soda water, simple syrup, and a bunch of these to make a nice drink? Idk if it's the right flavoring for that.

I never quite got it to taste right in soda water but I’m pretty sure that’s 99% of how sodas are made. I mean, I wouldn’t use a funky flavor but I’m sure it’s something worth tinkering with if you have something to carbonate your water. I just drink a lot of plain water and quite a few shakes so have more experience dropping some in a shake in the blender

Hmmm this could be a new hobby lol maybe the old recipes could work for actual juices. XD

I've simply added them to Pepsi on occasion with decent results. Just go easy on em starting out, a little goes a long way

Candy, soap, scented candles, "nic-picks" (flavored nic saturated tooth picks - project of u/ID10T), beverages (lots put flavorings in their coffee and tea), cakes, snacks etc.

There's tons of stuff you can do with flavors.

The flavors are food grade flavorings so you can use them in cooking. Flavoring things. They are safe to ingest.

I use the old flavorings in my humidifier during the winter. I add about 20 drops to the water.

I’ve been using them in my humidifier for 4 years and no problems. Keep in mind it’s the flavors used in vape juice , not the e-juice itself.

I carbonate water using a soda stream and add my leftover flavours to that. Works well.

Some of the best no-bake cookies I ever made with were some kahlua and cream flavoring.

We had a thread about this recently with some... pretty funny ideas. I'm actually eating butternut squash roasted in olive oil I infused with 2% FA Maple Syrup and 2% FLV Caramel as I'm typing this - it's good! You do need a lot of concentrate for solid food though, what I should have done is go by % of total food in grams, then make some super potent oil.

Their food grade so whatever sounds like a few drops might taste good with.

I've successfully used flavors I didn't like in my wax melter with plain bits of candles I had. I've also used them in oil diffusers.
