Has anyone sent their LB-501 scale in to AWS for repair?

10yr warranty sounds nice & all but curious if anyone has put it to the test. Not that far in but well after amazon etc return/exchange window. I'm ordering one today. My offbrand $16 scale lasted about 2yrs. Figured I would try the lb-501 now

I actually had it for about 4 years and then it started to have problems. Initiated a Return but COVID happened literally the week I was supposed to go mail it and never ended up returning it. 2 years later in early 2022 I initiated another return and it was pretty easy. A week or two later I got a new scale. I don’t remember the exact process but it was fairly painless. I think I just needed to show proof of purchase with an Amazon invoice. Have had a solid experience and would not hesitate to purchase.

Mine is 7 years old and I've never had an issue. I'll just buy another one if it breaks, I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of this one!

For the price I paid I'll just get a new one if it shits the bed.

Mine's 7 years old with no problems yet. Can't comment on warranty.

I've had mine for 4-5 yrs no problems. Just moved houses, and it disappeared. Cannot find it anywhere. I have looked high and low, in every box, bag, and container. It's gone!

I just ordered another LB-501. Hands down, best scale for mixing. You can plug it in the wall so it doesn't auto off in the middle of a mix. Would not trade this feature for anything.
