For those in Europe where do you get your flavors?

I'm looking to get some flavors to start my DIY juice.

But when I was looking in https://alltheflavors.com/ most of the shops are in the US, making it really unpractical to order from.

I'm looking for something that has cheap delivery to the Iberian Peninsula (Portugal or Spain).

Other question can I buy any flavor that is food graded?

Nomnomz (UK, but in Northern Ireland, so should be no added import tax) is your best bet, I guess.

Do not order flavours from AliExpress or the likes.

Not all flavours that are used in the food industry can be used for vaping, since they can contain oils, fructose and other bad stuff.

Vapeototal is Spain based. Le petit vapoteur and arômes et liquides are both from France and ships for free above €30

Agreed-lapetite is a good company. They have a fairly wide variety of flavor choices-not like chef's did, but then most don't. They have sales and send discount codes pretty often if you sign up with them.

Nomnom is a good company-and they do ship to many countries. They have a huge variety. Also, don't overlook their clearance section=last time they had over 700 flavors on clearance for a real good price. Lots of different flavor companies, too. I live in the US and I occasionally order from them.
