Love some commercial juice but are tired of paying someone else to mix for you? Then you are in the right place. First, did you use the sidebar and search feature? There are also specific clone threads linked in the sidebar. If these have turned up dry, then please post your request for a clone recipe here.
However, you should know that most of the experienced users no longer buy commercial juice. Why pay retail when you can mix amazing juice for less than 1/10th of that?
Be as descriptive as possible. Including the description provided by the vendor isn't a bad idea but you'll get better recommendations by describing what you taste. If you've already tried a clone recipe and it wasn't right, include a link to the recipe and describe what was different. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for someone to help you.
Read more on Clone Recipes and how to get he most out of your request.
Happy Mixing!
It’s so dumb that mods take down posts in the otherwise inactive sub and redirect them to this dead thread weekly. Just make a second sub like r/DIY_ejuiceJR and redirect them there for beginners to find help if you can’t help them here.
So instead of redirecting users to a thread, we'd redirect users to a different sub? I don't see the difference... The issue with clone requests as I see it is that there's no way for me to help 90% of the clone requests that are posted. They don't include flavor notes or anything that a mixer would be able to use to help them, so they don't get any replies.
Ideally they wouldn’t be deleted and users could help other users.
Have you helped any other users? Because it would require helpful users not just needful users. Looking at your history here you've not given a lot back. When it's < 5% you sharing information vs 95% asking for something... you calling it an inactive sub, just comes across weird. Are you negging the sub?
Posts on the front page actually get considerably less attention than weekly and monthly threads (that we've had going for years before you got here to complain about them) And the people who visit those threads are generally checking to see if there's someone they can help, so the attention they get is actually more likely to result in useful advice.
They can't really get started on helping if the person requesting something isn't even willing to give a description. It's garbage collection: Bali Moody mango as a post is clutter. If you want to look at a subreddit with posts from top to bottom that are just the names of house juices, defunct brands, nonsense named fruit medley's, etc go make that subreddit.
Probably a long shot but Blewbacco by Steam Factory is a holy grail for me. Tried a lot of combos of VSP huckleberry and Blueberry along with JF RY4 double to no avail. EDIT. I'm a dope who doesn't read directions. Blewbacco is a subtlety sweet mild tobacco with a hint of candy blueberry.
RY4 Double leans heavy into a caramel taste for me. Try FW Blueberry, it's a good candy sweet one. My guess is VSO would be too "authentic" to fit there. Then, instead of RY4 Double, try FLV Kentucky Blend & FLV Red Burley at around 1.5/1% respectively. You could further experiment with FLV Sweet & Smokey Tobacco or FLV Tatanka Tobacco for a more syrupy/wet tobacco taste.
Sticky Fingers "Granny Smith" — rich apple juice. Can anyone recommend a concentrate for it please?
Maybe give this recipe a shot, the mixer knows what they're doing with those flavors specifically to mimic the taste of apple juice rather than just apples.
Crystal bar disposable apple peach. Tried the wife's and its really nice anyone help me make that flavour or know a seller of concentrate that is similar ? I'm using a uwell crown 4 and smok t storm mod sub ohm set up if that matters . Thanks
Has anyone ever dialed down a good raspberry jam monster clone? It’s my all time favorite
There was the OG recipe leaked accidentally some time ago. I am quite sure someone on the discord can help out with that. I didn’t keep it, since there was one flavor which was impossible to source.
Cinnaroll - Cream Team
I have scoured the internet for a clone for this liquid and have not had any luck. This is one of the few commercial liquids I still purchase as I haven't been able to come close enough to replicating it's beautiful bakery flavours in my own mixing endeavours.
The Root by Vango Vapes - a Root beer (or Root beer float?) flavour. In the description they mention perfecting the earth notes and sweet notes separately and then combining them. The picture on their website shows vanilla, brown sugar, honey, caramel, and what's maybe sassafras?
It doesn't have a minty weird flavour that other Root beer flavours seem to have, and is more of a rich sweet with hints of...some things. Sometimes I think I taste anise, other times I think I taste honey, sassafras smells like it's in there, but adding a small amount when I try to figure it out throws it off, so does the anise. At higher wattage it tastes a lot like Coca-Cola. Maybe marshmallow? I thought maybe honeycomb, but the comb aftertaste doesn't belong...
It tastes like a realistic honey with a realistic Coca-Cola flavour, with a small bit of vanilla and... something else or two, I THINK.
Can anyone identify what's in there, or have a recipe that's pretty close?
Hey! I'm looking for a recipe for Candy King Berry Dweebz, and Candy King Peachy Rings. They're the only two juices I vape. doesn't have to be exact, but obviously the closer the better.
For a little bit of background on the flavors, Peachy Rings is...well Peach gummies, but unlike every other peach I've had, it doesn't have that perfumey taste. Berry Dweebz on the other hand, the Drip More website itself describes it as "Berry Dweebz has a fruity sour hard candy flavor profile." Other websites have described it as a sweet tarts flavor. To me, it seems like a cross between sweet tarts, and smarties. I really hope that helps.
