Anyone else order from them lately and did you have any issues? I ordered a bottle of nic on the 14th of August and haven’t got a shipping notice yet. I’ve emailed them and sent a message through the website but haven’t heard any response. I’m in the US and I’ve ordered from them before with no issues.
I placed an order 20 days ago. Tracking only got as far as a shipping label crested. They will not respond to the dozen emails I've sent. And their contact number is a Google voice number that rings then goes to voice-mail. I had to dispute the charge and got nicotine elsewhere. It's a shame because they sell top notch nicotine.
And their 168$/Liter a bit overrated imo as ive bought from them before,My Delosi (NicBase in google feed)was clear as glass and 92$/liter cuz blue plastic is much faster n easier to ship n handle..you'll get it,their busy AF as is every nic supplier.Nude just started shipping residentially again thankfully

I looked into them. They are incorporated in WY by United States Corporation Agents, Inc. And then it gets even blurrier from there. That company is foreign-owned, incorporated in NV. No actual street addresses for anything, only PO boxes at UPS stores. It's basically impossible to find them, but their facility appears to be in Edenton, NC, but I wouldn't count on that. I'm located close enough that I could theoretically go knocking on their door, but it's so far been exhausting following the paper trail, and I don't think it's even possible to find out who actually owns or operates the company that does the manufacturing. Their registered agent is James Earl Fine, but, even if you could track him down, he probably manages a box of potentially 1000s of companies like this, so as to obfuscate actual ownership, and probably dodge taxes. It's a black box. I'm going to do a chargeback with my bank. It's sad, too. I was forced to go to nicotine giant, and their nicotine is good, but doesn't hold a candle to CX. :(

Edit: I'll keep digging, and update this if I find anything, but don't count on it. It won't ease up the supply chain, but at least if I could dox the operator of the facility, perhaps, we could encourage him to at least post something on reddit or on their website. Not interested in causing trouble for the best nic supplier out there, but I definitely think their customers deserve some feedback from the company, you know...customer service.

They used to be spot on in the past.
DO NOT BUY FROM CAROLINA XTRACT. I'm not sure what's going on, I've had some waits in the past, but 4 months is absurd. There is no "supply-chain issue" on Earth that can backup orders legitimately for that long. Not in the US in 2022.
The worst part is they do not respond to, nor acknowledge any communication.
It's time to make a complaint with their state AG and the FTC. It's a shame. They made a good product before they went the way of a crypto exchange.
Hardest part of business is making a good product and developing loyal customers. How can anyone throw that away? Odd.
I ordered a bottle from them last year and they gave me this spiel about pg isn't available because everything is being sent to the pharmaceutical companies making vaccines for covid when I inquired about why hasn't my order shipped yet after 3 weeks. I said send me vg then I really don't care.
Fast forward to 2 weeks ago I placed another order with them this time I intentionally ordered vg, hoping for no delay, however that's not the case. No reply to a message kindly asking when my order will ship and the order is still sitting in limbo as "confirmed."
After reading this thread it appears we will never receive our orders. Maybe someone can make a call to sleepy Joe to see if he can help but I highly doubt it since none of us are black female transvestites who can shoot a ball into a hoop.
