I’m assuming just tobacco and ws-23/koolada flavoring, but as someone who has yet to mix their first juice, how much do I put in?

To get a 50/50 mix do I start with pure VG + nicotine? Or a 70/30 mix and just add my flavoring?

Any help with be highly appreciated!
