I've never tried OOO Burnt Sugar, but I think there will be more than enough burnt sugar with that percentage of Super Sweet!
I kid. I kid.
Jokes aside, it might be kinda neat to add that particular flavor into the mix and see if you can turn the pecan into a bit of a praline of sorts. If I'm actually baking a real confection, though, I'd almost always opt for brown sugar in that case--but I don't know if such "authenticity" (see: personal preference) really matters in bakery vapes.
You'll definitely want to experiment with Rich Cinnamon, but you already know that. CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl is another flavor that has a lot of functionality and tends to play well with others, on top of just being a great single-flavor vape at 6-8% (I don't think I've ever gone higher than that).
As has already been suggested, maybe try to reduce your volume of Super Sweet for this recipe. I'm not an anti-sweetener kind of guy, by any means; I just wonder if there's a way you can get the rest of these flavors balanced to your liking, whilst topping out at 1% or less in the sweetener department.

I was thinking Silverline C&S as I read your flavors. Sounds delicious.
The only issue with that is that its already kinda too sweet to add that, in hindsight i edited my original post to remove that suggestion- the pecan is special in this flavour - (and so is the glazed doughnut) but the cinnamon is not very natural - its already a dessert cinnamon - (which isnt necessarily a bad thing) so i think CAP cinnamon sugar wouldnt really add much overall- but as i was vaping it made me want to add a burnt caramel type flavour to it that would really send this recipe to the next level i think.
Like that top layer of creme brule
Perhaps the icing flavour in this recipe can feel a bit sickly, but i blame that on the supersweet i had it at 3.5% - next batch i intend to use 3%
