Juice bottles UK
submitted about 3 years ago by BadgerMyBadger_

Hi All, Just a quick tip for anyone on the uk looking for good mixing bottles, I ordered some 250ml aluminium mixing bottles from iBottles and they are the bomb.

They have a very very good seal that doesn’t leak, and best of all they are much more sustainable than the shitty plastic ones I’ve been using. THEY ARE ALSO SO SO CHEAP (£1.16!) compared to buying bottles from vape shops, Amazon etc. I bought some rectangular 60ml dropper bottles too which so far are holding up pretty well. You can find them in the ‘eliquid bottles’ section on their website.

FYI I have no affiliation with iBottles, they just gave very good customer service and the bottles are actually decent.

Aluminum?

~~Nice site. I with they had wide mouth bottles.~~

~~I might place an order. What are shrink bands?~~

Bollocks. They don’t ship to me. Bastards

Sorry what are you referring to with ‘shrink bands’?

Edit - yeah aluminium, using them to make large batches in, then decant them into smaller HDPE bottles for when I’m using that juice.

>shrink bands

To put on bottles and heat with a heat gun, like a seal.

Hi. They’ve been my go to bottle supplier for years (LDPE and HDPE). I personally don’t use aluminum because of things like being connected to Alzheimer‘s disease. And then there’s the issue with aluminum and acids (CAP Super Sweet contains citric acid). I wouldn’t use anything that isn’t food safe, preferably glass. But „ibottles“ is definitely a great shop, overall good pricing and they ship to the EU.

Il have to look into that, thanks for letting me know! In my head, fizzy drinks come in aluminium cans so made the assumption they would be safe.

Fizzy drinks cans are lined to keep them safe.

Looking into this more, the iBottles site does say that the aluminium bottle is food and drink safe, however I’m not sure what lining they use.

So I have contacted iBottles and their parent company, and they have said the aluminium bottles are lined and are food and drink safe.
