Thanks to u/wllmc and u/BullCityFlavors, the Sobucky Train will keep rolling !!!
All mixed at the percentages listed, @ 3mg, 70v/30p, tested on a SteamCrave RDTA v.1, with dual vertical, 7 wrap, 24ga. Kanthal coils, with fresh cotton and dry burned coils in between tests. Steeped for 1+ week.

Clotted Cream (SSA) 1% 2-13-22 -- OK you UK'ers, where WAS Clotted Cream originally made ?? Devon, Cornwall, Yokrshire ?? Apparently there's a bit of contention. Regardless, Clotted Cream is probably the RICHEST cream out there, and you UK'ers probably know it well, but us US'ers, may have never had it. I've had a similar cream in cream puffs before, so maybe that will help. At 1% this one was quite full, fairly rich, and had a unique creamy taste. I couldn't place it exactly, but it reminded me of cream filled puffs filling. About mid level sweet, and def. had a vanilla note. Not a custard, but a really good thick cream, with good mouthfeel. An obvious immediate desire was to mix it up with a biscuit and some jam, and I think after this tester, I"m going to do JUST that. Just like the previous flavor, I struggled to find something, ANYTHING that I could nit pick, and I couldn't. I can see this flavor, getting a LOT of usage, including quite a few puddings. Really hard to knock this one down. 9.9/10.
Oh, sounds pretty nifty. Who could say no to something described like that. Any comparison to CC Devon Cream?
>Who could say no to something described like that.
That's what I was thinking u/lukeloop. I have not tested the Devon Cream yet, for comparison. :(
You've not had CCW Devon cream? It's not all that great in all honesty. A slightly more cream forward Capella Vanilla custard V1. Their so similar that I feel their completely interchangeable in recipes.
Unrelated. What criteria do you use for your ratings? What score system do you use to keep track of what dictates what score?

That's easy u/xIcePickAbortionx, it's ALL in my head !!!!!

When I first started doing tests, years ago, I had considered using a more rigid, checkbox, attribute go/no-go type of rating system, but I decided against that. I try to take an "every day mixer" kind of approach to reviewing flavors. Accuracy, off-notes, strength, and dimensionality all help shape my reviews, and scores. Typically if something falls flat, I (at times) will re-test at a different weight, just to make sure that I didn't over/under flavor a particular flavor. If it still falls flat, I score it accordingly. There are some flavors, that I actually DUAL rate. If they are NOTHING like their namesake, BUT, they are still an excellent flavor, I will dual rate, and comment why. I guess you could call it a subjective rating scale, and I do always stress that people should test for themselves.

I think in the very beginning, I was just taking notes for myself, and people started asking what I thought/felt about flavors, and I shared my notes. People seemed to like them, and asked for more, and whammo, my torturous torture was realized.

I appreciate you taking the time to ask, and hopefully this helps clarify the process to some degree. Beyond what I have stated above, I take a lot of notes, and always pay close attention to the initial perception, mid/duration, and final thoughts, in every flavor review.
Would Clotted Cream go well with a Custard? In particular Custard Cake CAP.
Also wanted to thank you for all your reviews, they've been very helpful.
