I'm kind of looking for new ideas 💡 🤔
I usually make my RY4 with FlavorArts RY4 and add some Dulce De Leche Caramel (TPA), Bavarian Cream (TPA, Cap or LA, I'll change up brands from time to time), I'll add some nuts and switch them up from time to time too like Toasted Almond (Cap), Acetyl Pyrazine (TPA), Hazlenut (FW) sometimes Pistachio (TPA its a nice creamy Pistachio that goes good with RY4s).
I don't add in all those nuts all at once but I'll simply change them up in my RY4 base so I can get a different flavor profile.
I got like almost every tobacco you can buy and I even got Flavorahs 10ml Tobacco sample pack. A lot of Flavorah's tobaccos are cigar type or pipe tobaccos which go good with RY4s so ill throw in a little Red Burley (FLV), Cavendish (FLV), Connecticut Shade (FLV) etc. Not all at once of course but change it up from time to time with one of them.
So far I've only limited myself to FlavorArts RY4 and have yet to get the oh so popular Ry4 double from TPA. I will make a RY4 from scratch sometimes too with great results im just looking for new ideas.
I got TPAs RY4 Double in my cart over at bull City and some others brands of RY4s too so I'm looking forward to working with those.
I also just picked up Dulce De Leche Caramel from TPA and its seriously the best Caramel I ever tried!! Don't confuse it with Dulce De Leche because yes they have two kinds and the one you want has Caramel at the end. I highly recommend y'all pick that up because it's seriously a delicious but underrated Caramel flavor. The other Dulce De Leche they have is great too so pick up both.
Another underrated flavor is LA Flavors Bavarian Cream! I think it easily beats TPAs and Caps when it comes to flavor, its that good. Its strong and I usually use it at only 1% to 2% in mixes and it gets even stronger with age. This is just my opinion on it and others may like it better, some may hate it. Like with any other flavors peoples tastes are very subjective
Enough of my rambling!!! Lol
Let's hear those RY4 ideas 💡 😉
Thanks guys/gals ❤
Try some Soho (FA)! It's expensive, but can be a single-flavor mix depending. I mix it with caramel, vanilla, and sometimes butterscotch and/or acetyl pyrazine. Sometimes I'll add a little RY4 (TPA) just for bit of a kick. Soho itself is very smooth.
One thing: FlavourArts recommends that it be used at 20%. I usually mix it 10%, and it's good at 5% with caramel and vanilla and whatever else you want to throw in there.
I love my RY4 stuff, and it's all I vape except for the occasional grape or raspberry.
I second FA Soho
Apple-Bacco (Sadpandavape) using FLV Apple Filling
FLV RY4 isn’t really a RY4 in the classic sense, but between that and FLV Mild Tobacco and FLV Vanilla Tobacco, my DIY quest basically ended for good. My mixes nowadays are mostly those three flavors individually or in combination, with the occasional accent flavor thrown in here or there.
I’m currently digging ~~JF~~ FJ Holy RY4 as a simple one shot at 10%.
Also just mixed a 10 ml tester of a variation of RY4 Cow (from ATF): 4% INW RY4, 2% FW Butterscotch Natural, 0.5% FLV Milk & Honey, and a drop of TFA Toasted Almond. Pretty good. Made the same with TFA RY4D but ran out of it. INW RY4 is less sharp and more “leafy” than TFA RY4D, probably closer to FA RY4.
If I ever use up my INW tobaccos (too many flavors!), I want to get some of those FLV tobaccos to play with.

You mean FJ Holy Ry4?
The one's I've made and enjoyed for years now:
Rocketpuppy's RY4
Wayne's Pistachio RY4-U
And Sad Panda's Apple-bacco
Thanks so much but I'm looking more for "from scratch" recipe ideas. Like I said I usually use Flavorarts RY4 which is amazing and I'm looking for other ingredients to add to that. Most of the time I add more Caramels (different ones in different recipes) like Dulce De Leche (TPA), Salted Caramel (FW) which is amazing BTW, and other Caramels. I'll add different nuts in different recipes to mix them up too. Creams I like to use are Bavarian Cream, Vanilla Creams (which i think go the best with tobaccos), creamy nut blends like Hazelnut (FW) and Pistachio (TPA).
I love my recipes, don't get me wrong here, they taste way better than any commercial tobacco juice I tried but I'm getting to the stage where they feel a little one dimensional.
Thanks for your suggesting and I'll check out those other recipes to maybe get some ideas from them 😀
