'What are you vaping?' Thread - Week of February 28, 2022
submitted over 3 years ago by c5b4c91772c729fc7d0a

This thread is for you to share what you are vaping lately, be it your own or another mixers recipe. Maybe you happened to stumble upon your new ADV in the Monthly Recipes Thread? Or did someone recommend your first mix to you in the Suggest a recipe for my flavors Thread

Share what you liked or didn't like too much, but most importantly, please make sure to properly link to the recipe and to the mixer if they're on reddit.

If you need some inspiration, some websites keep track of your mixes and batches: e-Liquid Recipes and All The Flavors.

Also make sure to checkout last week's thread for inspiration or to follow up on a mix that turned out even better after a week of steeping! We keep an archive of all the past threads in our wiki as well

Happy Vaping!

Since I've been dumping a lot of my flavor reviews here, figured I should post something ELSE.

Soft Servin' Up Pineapple

This one was inspired by the now defunct Vape Kitchen line from River Supply Co. I had some issues getting it RIGHT where I needed it, as I had been using INW Pineapple, but that all changed when I found VTA's Sugarloaf.

Thanks man. This looks tits so I mixed up a 30ml sample even though I'm not a fan of LB Vanilla Ice Cream.

Finishing up 30ml of this recipe right now and it's very very good. Great job on boosting the 'yellow' in the pineapple with the Fizzy Sorbet and Lemon. Pineapple still coming through at max VG day 23 ish. Next time I'll add a bit more PG and vape earlier to see if it pops a bit more. Tasty and nicely balanced with full body.

This is a nice thick dark chocolate with a definite chocolate cookie. crunch. The hint of mint is just about right. You can feel the chocolate melt in your mouth. It's a very good chocolate mint cookie! The glazed donut is definitely there as you can taste the icing on it. I think the crispy wafer is bringing in that cookie crunch. Soo good.

I don't post on this sub too much, but I have really enjoyed these threads, They have provided me with a great deal of inspiration, and I appreciate the posts in these threads so much.

Here's what I've been working on: Blueberry God Milk. This was adapted from SkiddlsNinja's God Milk recipe that has a strawberry focus. I have been on a blueberry kick lately, so I wanted to give it a shot. It can be vaped immediately, or it gets really good at about the 10-14 day mark. I added the Berry Crunch to give it a little more tartness, which I may try to sub using Bilberry, or even Strawberry Ripe in the future.

I also made this recipe: Smooth SOB. It's a strawberry, orange, banana smoothie. I thought it was great until Bull City sent me a sample or VT Orange Juice, and that made it better. I still have some work to do to balance the fruits, I'm thinking of less tangerine. The orange flavor is a little overpowering, and lowering the Sweet Tangerine to 1 from 1.5 might help balance the three fruits a bit more. Recommendations are welcome!

 Kasugai Mango Lychee Gummies.

This one is SO GOOD. This was the first original recipe of mine I've been truly proud of, it's quickly become my go-to ADV lately, very happy to share and hopefully get some feedback! CAP's sweet mango and sweet lychee are the shining flavours here, and both are great on their own. However, the little touch of FLV's mango adds darker candy mango tones that CAP's might be missing, and CAP Silverline's 27 Fish is really absolutely the secret sauce here, adding the full chewy gummy mouthfeel, without distracting from the overall flavour. I'm usually heavy on sweetener so definitely adjust to taste lmao!
