I usually just lift the spout cap off with my fingernails. I reuse the bottles as well

You can use the edge of the cap to pry off the top. Keep a fingertip of the hand you are holding the bottle with on the top to keep it from flying off.

Use the bottom edge of the lid, put it on the threads on the bottle and turn the bottle clockwise. Pushing lid into the bottle while turning. Lid will follow the threads up and will lift the top without damaging.

I have 2 of these and must say if you're trying to get the caps off anything 60ml and above this does the trick without damaging the bottles or your hands.
It's worth its weight in gold

I use a knifes edge to pop them off. Seems to work easily without damaging it or messing up the seal

I use one of those mini flat blade screwdrivers they send you when you get an RDA.
