That disclaimer follows every ejuice ingredient. Even batteries. That's to keep the FDA from their door. The kosher part is a bit funny. You would think that if the smaller sizes were from the bigger ones that they would already be blessed and it would carry through.

If you are looking for just cheap, check out this on Amazon: search for GreenChem then when on their store search for Vegetable glycerin. You will find a 5 gal for 60. That is 9cents per oz.
