It should be ok to use. I've used the stuff from walmart, and while I don't like it, it vaped fine. It was sweeter than the vg I usually get for one thing.

would this be okay to use then? people over here were saying I shouldn’t but from the searching online I’ve done I don’t understand why https://www.reddit.com/r/Vaping101/comments/sku1zx/can_i_use_this_as_vg_it_says_100_percent/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

Yeah those people saying not to are incorrect. Chemically, glycerin is the same no matter what it was derived from. As CubeXombi stated, vape away.

"...Cause i read someone say it once Imma parrot it for the rest of my life... "

But also: (Its an "Animal Fat byproduct" hurr-durr)
https://www.glycerinrefine.com/blog/sources-of-glycerine.html#:~:text=Glycerine%20is%20used%20in%20body%20care%20products%20as,glycerine%20is%20a%20byproduct%20of%20animal%20fat%20soaps.

*(London Drugs say: USP Glycerine [plant-based] - the VERY BRAND your holding is totally fine.)

USP grade is so pure there's no need to define the source; USP is the selling point. Its pure. Totally A-OK.

Glycerin while generally vegetable sourced can also come from a few animal sources too; but that's not what you're gonna find typically. Chemically; same-same.

Vape away

Go PSP - USP Glycerin from London Drugs - plant based.

One thing I'll add here is that Michael's and Hobby Lobby both carry food grade usp vg in 16oz bottles in their cake decorating section.

It’s funny you mention that, I literally work at a michaels and saw it there but thought maybe usp pharma grade was perhaps better lol. I probably should stick with that then I’ve seen others mention the wilton’s brand at michaels be pretty good. I could’ve just walked 20 feet after a work day and grabbed that 😅

It's my go to when I get crazy and run out. The stuff Michael's has is excellent, either the little bottles from Wilton or the larger one from Lorann.

Hi. As long as it’s plant-based and USP grade (pharmaceutical grade with the least amount of impurities), it’s fine. You don want food grade, which is also common. USP grade is a worldwide standard and it‘s okay to use.

There's USP, there's food grade, and then there's "USP food grade", as written on my ingredients.

I take it "USP food grade" VG and PG are okay to vape.

There is no 100% glycerine whatsoever. It’s always MAXVG. Don’t fall for it. Also no. Some glycerine is made out of animals. Yes. You heard that right. Just like ghee. and some are colonized using BACTERIA. yes. no bad bacteria. Just normal bacteria to mitosis and double the quantity. keep it USP VG because not only is it pure. But the taste difference between them is up the roof. VG always tastes slightly sweet water-like , the others ? Some are bitter. The rest are extra sweet. so VG should always taste just like condensed NOTHING/water or a teeny bit sweet.
