Can anyone help a poor newbie?

Hey, everyone. I hope this doesn't break any of the rules; I read them and believe I'm in the clear, but if I'm not, apologies in advance.

I'm new to the diy stuff, but my local shop has become unviable for a number of reasons I won't go into. I've been wanting to do the diy thing for a while anyway, but I'm thinking now I can't afford it.

I'm broke, like shoe string budget and I don't ever eat out broke.

Is there a cheaper source for nic than the main ones people post? Is it possible to order it from overseas to get it cheaper? What are my options? I can just about afford the initial start up cost on everything else, and I know it gets cheaper once I've got all that done, but I don't know how to get the nic. I vape a fairly high nic level (15, down from 24 a couple years ago), and I recognize that I'll probably have to go down pretty steeply in order to afford the nic. But I can't find any that I can even remotely afford.

I also realize links to nic are a no go, so I'm not asking for links. Just some direction.

$25 for 120 ml of nicotine is a pretty good price..I wouldn’t skimp on reputable nicotine either. If anything grab the essential’s first then maybe wait till next paycheck to get flavorings etc

I haven't seen it for that price. The websites I knew to check from didn't list anything below 1 liter sizes.

My bad but I always assume everyone on Reddit is from the US.. if you are in us there’s definitely places to order smaller quantities

I think I paid $30 for 500ml of 100mg/ml from wizard labs. They have had data breeches in the past though.

Wizard is still selling but not shipping. You have to call them for pickup. I think they’re in Florida somewhere

There's not really any way around that. Nicotine is the most expensive part of the upfront cost of DIY

Heartland vapes and perfect vape has the cheapest nic I've seen..i got my liter from Delosi (google nicbase) 92$-liter of 100mg salt or regular but shipping is 22$ but Carolina extracts are 159$-Liter! I mean its good but because its sold in amber glass naturally its more( over priced imo) Try Heartland or perfect vape don't order overseas many get ripped off n get nothing

I don't think Heartland sells to consumers any more because of Pact Act.

Oh i contacted them not long ago and they said sure be glad to ship u some..but who knows my fav LNW took the same route as did many but Delosi that I wound up getting from is actually great for almost 70$ less than Carolina X(The places who ship in Amber glass like nic giant and Carolina x tend to be more as their harder for them to bottle,store,ship but their not always any better)

Secure the Nic first...then slowly get flavors,an amazon scale 20$,vg n pg etc seperately but secure the nicotine and learn as u go as that's the most in jeapordy n most important..it will last years in the freezer so don't rush the rest 👍 there's time for the rest later if it was me
