Anyone else having issues ordering nicotine from Heartland Vapes?

I keep getting the "This store is not accepting orders from your location. Please contact Heartlandvapes for more information." message when I do the age verification.

I am in the United States, Oregon specifically. Is there some ban on my state that I am not aware of?

Edit: for anyone looking. Nicotine Giant was the solution for me. I had absolutely no issues, and got a good price on a liter of 100mg

There's a federal mailing ban. Go look at the vendors list for other nicotine vendors.
