First I vaped some 12mg 10 ml bought ejuice. The TH was a little bit to harsh for me but still pretty good, then I bought a 6mg bottle and I couldn't feel any TH so I suppose that the right one for me is around 8-9 mg. I bought a 20ml shortfill and I added 2 20mg nicshots... Lots of juice, still not the same TH as from the 10ml bottles... In fact not TH at all. Now I want to do my own 10ml ejuice (bcs I get bored of the same flavor after 10-20ml) and I suppose I should add 5ml of 60 pg 40 vg base, 4ml of nicotine and 1ml of flavour. Am I going to feel a real TH this time? I mean, at least close to the 12mg? How much time should I let it steep? Any other advice? (I use a Caliburn A2 btw)
Are you selecting your nic level at random based on the throat hit? You should be selecting based on the nic level that feels right for you. (As in; too high will make you feel anxious, jittery, even nauseous and too little will leave you craving to puff more often).
Throat hit can be achieved by different flavourings (there was a whole thread here a while back about different flavours that have TH if you search it you can probly find), by upping the PG (as long as that works for your hardware) and by using freebase nic vs nic salt. Additionally there’s FA flash which is intended to add TH, FA pepper apparently works too. Other things are FLV heat and cooling like WS23.
Edit: found it for you. Read through comments (just ignore the idiots that keep talking about nicotine as if that wasn’t the entire point; to eliminate it and get throat hit another way lol) thread on harsh additives
Throat hit from nicotine is really going to come down to the source. Multiple factors could influence throat hit, not necessarily just the strength you use in the juice. It could also come from the flavors used.
Steeping time is based on the flavors being used.
Excluding Mint and Cinnamon, what flavors do you recommend me?
