I want to know what you guys can say on the difference between flavor of Cola fron the Flavor Art and the one of the Cappella! I wish to make my juice of Cola and before getting my hands on one of those flavors I wanted some inputs of you guys!!
Edit: hey guys, I appreciate very much all of your help and inputs, I will study a little more on the 007 recipe. But for now I will stick with the FA flavor to do some testing. As a have a few recipes that me and my wife wants to try!!
007 Cola ROTY 2018
I never fail to be amazed by this recipe whenever I mix it. The man was a true mad genius of mixing!
You can read notes about both on Flavor Facts
The FA is a little closer to a coke but is missing that syrup taste you get from the actual drink, the CAP has a little of it but is also a little cinnamon heavy. FA+LB Cola freeze work well together, 007 cola (see kuri's post for a link) is tastier than any of the cola concentrates I've tried.
Sounds like FA would work well with VT then. That shit is straight up syrup.
Could very well do so then, I know the LB one isn't all that strong or good solo. If I had to point at what FA brings, it's that part of the cola flavor that hits the same area as you'd get walking into a room with mothballs in it for a while - even though it doesn't taste like mothballs at all.
Personally I’d say neither. I get an amazing cola with SSA cola, VT cola (which is a pretty rich cola syrup) and VT fizzy sherbet for fizz. LB cola freeze is pretty good as well.
And tho I’ve not tried it I’ve heard FLV cola is bomb. If their rootbeer is any indication (yum) it should be.
As you can see, there is some incredible advice here, but don't just take their word for it. We all have subjective taste bias and something one person raves about may not be the same to you. Pick whichever you want, but be sure to do a single flavor test on that one flavor, before you put it in a mix.
