Yes it's still safe to use. Biggest question is did it oxidize in those conditions? Make a small flavorless test batch to test it. If it's smooth and little to no flavor it's great. If there's a slight pungent flavor, make a small batch of a recipe to see if flavoring will cover the taste of the nic. If it's peppery not much you can do but toss it or get used to a strong throat hit.

i'm still using 100mg/ml regular nic that i bought like....2 years ago that's been in room temp storage. sure, it's oxidized and peppery, but i vape at like 2mg/mL so it barely bothers me
