Heartland Vapes VG order cancel due to pact act

"Unfortunately (due to the PACT ACT) we will be unable to fill this order for you unless you have a retail vape shop. Please let us know if you do, and send over the documents for your shop so we can fill this and get the shipping arranged for you. Otherwise, let us know and we will cancel and refund the order. Thank you."

That is the response I received after ordering a gallon of VG. Is VG truly under the thumb of the Pact act? I still see the overpriced Essential Depot available on amazon. Any recommendations for another vendor? I've got a little over a liter left I estimate. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Cheers

I am getting my vg and pg from amazon. As for pG I am getting from Biopharm which is $13 per 500ml (16oz) whether that is overpriced or not, no clue.

There's supposed to be a *3 next to them and Wizard Labs (it's a 5 for some reason) > 3: Local pickup only

Well I'm a bonehead - but Bull City is only a few dollars more and I need flavorings anyway. Gonna wait for the probable labor day sale. Big thanks.
