yeah, that would be a cartomizer from the good old bad old days, back then before even the CE4 was a option your choice was a carto (either naked or in a tank) or direct dripping into a 510/901 atty, things have advanced a hell of a lot over the last decade

That was petty normal for a long time. And it was pretty normal in rebuildables, too - the GP Spheroid, for instance, was a classic of its time. It's a great way to avoid leakage, especially when the liquid is mostly (or all) PG. It does, however, make it a bugger to refill your atty in a hurry.

You can dissolve more flavor in PG than VG so I expect their PG ratio is very high. I get mine house mixed from a place online and have an extra bottle of flavor concentrate for each one and put 2-3 drops in a pod as I refill it then shake and set aside for a while because I like intense flavors myself. When I start mixing next month I will likely add extra flavor.

Yeah even with the same amount of flavour, if there's more PG in the juice the flavour will be more intense. Mixed a few different ratios for testing from 20PG to 70PG. The only benefits to higher VG as opposed to higher PG are a smoother, denser vape and bigger/denser clouds. Good if you're vaping bakery and custard flavours but other than that not much use.

I know Vampire Vape (huge brand in the UK) mix their MTL juices at 60PG and they're super coil friendly and super flavorful. They're on to something.

I use 50/50 in my Nord X, and get pretty good clouds nic salt with the 0.4 ohm RPM at 25W and 0.16 ohm RPM2 at 40W. I won't win any cloud competitions and really I only vape to stay off cigs.

For me PG adds a harsh bitter chemical taste at anything above 30%, I usually mix around 80-90% VG but have gone as low as 70%. Everyone says PG carries flavour better but I don’t really notice any difference over that range. Mainly fruit combos and fruit/cream combos as I’ve just really not got on with any bakery ive tried. I also often drop flavour percentages from others recipes especially if they are north of 10%.

I do vape at 90w and need really thick dense vapour that’s so thick you can actually feel it to stop my smoking urges.

Disposables really bother my lungs. I can't vape high PG juices. It messes with my asthma

I feel like an element no one has mentioned is that a lot of disposables use salts. If you're comparing freebase juice to a salt in a disposable- this may also explain some of the difference.

I've noticed that disposables use super high strength flavors that need upwards of 20%+ flavoring to replicate.

It's not just the nicotine that can have ya "chasing the dragon"

Just the American trend of pushing flavor and sweetness to the extreme in an all out war over our taste buds.

I have been trying to get my dad to try vaping for about 2 years now with no luck. However a friend of his was vaping some big disposable with over 1000 puffs advertised on it in a banana flavor and my dad said the smell was so awesome he picked up one for himself. I tried one and I do got to say that banana flavor was really intense in a good way. It reminded me of banana laffy taffies but just a little more realistic. I couldn't stick with it though because it did not have a nicotine level printed anywhere on it but I am going to try to come up with something like this for myself.

I've done this many times when I run out of juice. I have a large graveyard of old dispos so I can get quite a bit from 6 dead ones.

Ejuice mixer here..not only does vg,and pg come into play the type of atomizer you are using greatly effects the way thing taste,Google mtl ,dl ...all pods systems i believe use hangsen flavoring I could be very wrong but try some side by side testing if your main note is blueberry go buy 10 blueberry flavor concentrates try at diff % from 0.5% to 10& find one that matches what you are trying to duplicate ..

> all pods systems use hangsen flavoring

I did not know that. Is that something that is advertised/confirmed?

by Healthy-Bag-4595about 4 years ago

No..it is not then other companies are able to duplicate or clone it.most pod systems are 70/30 pg vg the higher the pg the more flavor you taste in laymen terms pg is a blender that holds the flavor and vg .vg produces thick clouds of vapor. Most everything can be reproduced it takes trial and error .now I cape subohm only at very high wattage I sacrifice flavor for vapor but to me my stuffs always tasty

There is no way for me to confirm my beliefs but many years ago I dabbled mixing mtl ejuice 70/30 which is very similar to vaping a pod system I own over 3 or 400 flavors from multiple flavor company's..hangsen makes the most sense its cheap and mass produced all over China..I don't buy hangsen personally .but all the others ,tfa, capella, wonder flavors, vso, ssa, odiy, flavor art ,I could go on lol
