Perfect Vape gets my vote. There ain't too many companies that will even ship to my state right now. They will. Seems to me PV are of a small handful in this industry that still have some integrity. And their nic is solid.

I buy gallons of 80/20 from them. Can confirm good product. I already have the nicotine I add later, so can’t say anything about that. The base is awesome though and well-priced.

Glad to hear. I kinda got out of the scene for a while don't buy much anymore. And deleted my FB so I'm not in the know, fucking freaked when I saw about the BS. Just paniced and bought at the first website that would ship.

I just ordered some from perfect vape at the recommendation from another comment here. I used to order from nicotine river, but looks like they now have a minimum order of one gallon.
