1000ml of 100mg for $142 after tax. Tax is $41. Is this cheap or expensive?

On the store I'm looking at 1000ml of 100mg nicotine costs $101 but tax is $41 bringing the total to $142. Is this cheap or expensive for nicotine?

Also should I get PG or VG base for the nicotine? I think PG would probably be easier to suck up in a syringe when making juice.

Get PG, especially since it's recommended to keep small bottles in the fridge and your main stash in the freezer. VG turns to pertnear sludge at cold temps. It's expensive compared to old prices, but idk who all sells anymore...

Not really, just will need longer "thaw" time to be able to work with it. I have heard common wisdom state PG has a much longer shelf life (it's used as a preservative in foods), but for our purposes the Nicotine will go bad long before PG or VG it is carried in.

Right, freezing VG (or cooling it) is a state change not a chemical one. Nicotine definitely oxidizes before VG "spoils", that's why we use PG/VG - they're relatively inert. The guy you replied to is going to need a skookum ass turkey baster to get any 0 farenheit VG out of a bottle though.

It's not a problem.

First time I ordered nic, it was in VG.
You just have to let it warm up a bit before pouring it, or it will be like honey.

I can't say on prices. More knowledgeable people on that, but I went with PG base myself for my 100mg/ml recently as it's thinner and will be easier to measure. Decided on that after reading a lot of posts on here over a year.

Can't comment on prices, either (no idea where in the world you're from), but stick with PG. Has a much better shelf life.

Also, don't mix with a syringe but with scales. Much easier and actually more accurate. You only have to factor in the density.

Sounds about right to me. I just paid something like $13, iirc, for 120ml of 100mg from Perfect Vape. Was $16 and change shipped. 40% tax seems insane, but the final price seems close to what I paid last week.

The market was different then, however, so it's hard to say if you're being ripped off.

Stick with PG based. VG seems much more vulnerable to environmental changes. Oxidizes, etc.

That's pretty expensive. Two weeks ago I did a will-call pickup from Nude Nicotine, 100mg/ml was $75 a litre plus local sales tax.

I used to buy 1 liter of 100mg pg for like 50$ from riversupplyco. However nic is so much harder to get now, and a liter will last you a long time. Longer than 150$ of store bought juice will. I'd say it's not a terrible investment if you trust the quality of the nic

The vape mall. Why not use a syringe that measures ml? I have a scale but it doesnt work right. I have a bunch of horse syringes that can hold 30ml at a time.

Using an accurate scale is quicker and you don't have to worry about cleaning syringes
