Took a long DIY hiatus, can you help catch me up?
submitted about 4 years ago by Sophonautt

I quit making vapes a couple years ago, but now I'm preparing to get back into DIY. I've discovered that Nude Nicotine is no longer an option and that I should use CarolinaXtract whom I've never even heard of. I've also seen some talk of bans and the encouragement of DIYers to stock up on supplies.

Can somebody please catch me up on:

  • what happened to Nude Nicotine?
  • whether a US resident should use CarolinaXtract (or who is best)?
  • has some kind of ban happened or is it going to happen?
  • is there anything else relevant I ought to know?

Can you help catch me up?

NN was removed as a verified vendor here because of their shady CS and various problems with orders. And now, a few of the largest nicotine vendors have stopped selling to the public and only to B2B due to all the new regulations. Carolina, Nicotine Giant, and Perfect Vape are all viable options.

Nicotine is the only possible issue you would have. You'll have to read elsewhere for the mail ban details. It's been discussed ad nauseum in multiple forums. Just know that nicotine is the only issue, but it's not really an issue currently as there are still places to buy it.

If you're near OKC, you can order for in-person pickup from Heartland Vapes.
