Hi! I'm from Mexico and I'm starting to make e-juice's for the first time but I'm getting a weird flavor while I'm vaping, like the nicotine is to strong or something that tickles my throat
I'm Using FlavorWest concentrates from an reseller from Mexico because i cant buy them directly from them (i already ask them), https://provaping.com This is the store but i don't buy the VG and the PG from them, I'm buying them from a seller from MercadoLibre (A Latin American Online Store like Amazon) and since my plan is to sell them i want them to be perfect without that little tickle in the throat, so my questions basically are
Im using 70/30 3%Nic and 15% Flavour (With the little help of https://www.steam-engine.org/juice)
-Is anyone in here From Mexico that can educate me in the buying process with better resellers or maybe better products?
-What's the tickle in my throat?
-What is the better mixing metod for begginers?
I'm new too but in my reading, something could be "off" with the nic and you probably want to test it alone with a mix of 70/30. See if you get that same tickle.
I'm just doing that, tnks!
You bet, happy to try and help. Also, there was a post in this subreddit recently about single flavor testing (SFT) your flavors because allergies or sensitivity to a flavor can happen in some folks. And, SFT helps one to learn the un-muddled flavor profile of a flavor which helps tremendously when branching out and creating your own recipes.
Hello, I’m new to mixing. I was wondering what’s the best PG/VG ratio when trying to create a juice with 25mg nic in it?
Is that nic salts? If not, that is awfully high but use whatever ratio you like really. It also depends on what setup you use to vape the juice as well - I go with 35/65 just because I can with DIY!
I'm used to a high nic. No retailers I can find sell what I'm after. If I wanted to buy nicotine and dose 6mg juice up to let's say 30 how would I go about doing that?
Also who's a trusted retailer for nicotine? What kit would I need? Etc.
Haven't shopped for nic in a while, so I can't advise on specifics, but. High nicotine levels are usually due to salt nicotine with low wattage devices like pods/Juuls and the such. Salt nicotine is different than freebase, make sure you're getting the right stuff, and using the right unit. Also, salt nic hits fast, dies fast. Freebase hits slow and hangs.
A 50mg Juul (salt nic, @ around 8w) would be more than I'm used to, and I'd get a head rush and not vape as quite much as I do with my unit. 30mg freebase @ 80w, I'd probably puke after two hits and not vape for a few days.
6mg is meant to be used in a higher wattage device, and is pretty strong. Most of us are @ 3mg. Recently quit two-pack-a-day smokers usually start at 12mg, then taper down once the crap gets out of their system. 12mg is heckin' strong.
Meanwhile, nicotine is suspended in VG or PG. The highest we get is 100mg nic/ml, so even bumping it up to 12mg, you'd be diluting the absolute bejeezus out of your current juice.
(edit: Whoops -- So, it depends what you're vaping out of, how much mg of salt or freebase. And salt juices will sell premade at higher nic content than freebase.)
