I've been looking at severel DIY recipes. Some of them call for " (RS) Sugar Crunch.
I don't know what that is. I have never heard of it before.
Is it a sweet cereal flavoring? Is there a substitute for (RS) Sugar Crunch?
Thanks in advance.
It was a Nicotine River / River Supply flavoring. They don't sell to consumers anymore, so I don't think it's available.
Thank you.
What type of flavoring was it? I'm just assuming it was a sweet cereal crunch flavor.

Sugar Crunch (River Supply) 3% (3-1-20) – Yummy McYummy on THIS one. Well this one was a nice thick and rich one off the start. Incredibly full @ 3%, with a creamy richness, and a just right amount of sweet. It presented as fairly complex, and wandered around during this tankful. A real medley of things going on here with nothing off putting, harsh, or otherwise detrimental to the experience. At times it leaned towards a french toast-ish, others back to more of a sweet, creamy bread, very interesting. Def. had a fair amount of bread, and at times the crust seemed to pop out a bit. There were quite a few elements in there, and swimming in very nice harmony without becoming a blurry mix. I could actually see push/pulling this one in quite a few directions very easily if needed. Continued vaping, revealed more wow from me, and this WAS going to be one of my favs from this first batch. While no real cinnamon or raisin elements were present, it could very easily be push/pulled, and was super delicious at this level, and could easily be considered a solo ADV. Finishing the tank, I still cannot find fault with this one. Just a perfect blend of bread, egg, butter, cream, and some vanilla spice, that really supports what it’s called. Handily a 10/10.
Hi. Have a look at the latest Noted cereal episode Noted Cereal 172. I‘d use FLV Cinnamon Crunch, maybe some CAP Cereal 27. Good luck!
I noticed the French toast vibe in 1 of the comments-I haven’t tried it, (or the RS for that matter) but I wonder if real flavors French toast maybe a reasonable sub..IDK..just a thought. I have heard FLV cinnamon crunch is good too. I seem to get the impression u might need to look at potentially a couple of concentrates to get close to the river supply concentrate. Makes me wonder with the business 2 business sales whether places like Bull City may stock RS eventually? Or, I’ve heard rumours that if they completely shut the business and reopened under a different name, they could get past the PACS legislation-apparently even if u aren’t selling nic currently, if u have in the past, ur affected by PACS. I hope they do find a way-several of their concentrates are awesome!
The only one that I have used that puts me in mind of sugar crunch is natures flavors pancake, but I think you would need a thickener of sorts. Vape Kitchen had an eliquid that reminded me of sugar crunch and I can't remember which it was. I also used a flavor a while ago that reminded me of French toast. I am going to have to dig through stacks of composition books to find it if a get time.

One description of Sugar Crunch is a churro flavor without the cinnamon.
Maybe I should open my wallet, spring for the $1.75, and order (CAP) Churro from Bull City Flavors
I have the CAP churro at home-I’m out at the moment, but when I get home I’ll check for u. I think I remember hearing some not great things about it, but I maybe completely wrong!
I have the (FW) Cinnamon Churro. Great flavoring. But I think the recipe I'm looking at already has enough cinnamon in it. That's why plain Churro looks promising.
Upon looking at the recipe, it already has Cinnamon Churro in it.
Here's a crazy thought: Sugar Crunch was also described as "bready". Maybe (TFA) Banana Bread would work. I've used it and never tasted much banana in it. Just a sweet bread.
I got home and knocked up SFT’s of Cap Churro (2%), Cap funnel cake (3%) and FW cinnamon churro (3%). First thing to note is that FW has compounds in it similar to their yellow cake that maybe carcinogenic when vaped (sugar essentially). Something to be aware of especially if u intend for it to be an ADV. some aren’t bothered by it, cool if ur 1 of those, just thought I would point it out. The FW is quite cinnamon forward. CAP churro-bearing in mind all of these are off the shake. Very doughy and very fried. Faint cinnamon but it’s there. This is very consistent with what is found in the notes section of ELR on this particular flavour. Some said it was ok, others didn’t like it. Combined with the FW churro may result in it getting too much of a fried/oilyness-but I’m not sure-something to keep in mind. IMHO this churro is much more fried than FW cinnamon churro. I did note that for some, the doughyness settled a little with a steep. CAP Funnel cake-I thought I would try this as I thought it could be similar to churro. This was quite the surprise to me-definite definitely lightly fried bready cakeiness, with a sense of powdered sugar on the top. It’s not as “fried” as what the churro is. Not much cinnamon if any in . I’m not US based, and can’t say I’ve ever had a funnel cake knowingly, but it does look like what it could be on the bottle. Unfortunately, someone remarked in the notes section of ELR that it fades-I can’t confirm or refute that at this stage. Probably my favourite out of the 3. As someone else remarked, you could take the FA cinnamon out and use FLV cinnamon crunch-but I don’t have it, so can’t help there. The only other thing that may work for doughy, bready powdered sugar with a crispness would be the new FA vanilla waffles. That may work. It doesn’t have any cinnamon, and is exactly what it says it is IMHO, no maple whatsoever. If u wanted more “powdered sugar”, maybe OOO powdered sugar. The other thing I thought of was maybe another doughnut, maybe frosted to get that low/minimal cinnamon, sugar/sweet, doughyness-like WF glazed doughnut came to mind. It’s low on cinnamon. I would have a look at the notes section in ELR for all of the flavours you are considering and see what others say-I often find it very helpful. Please bear in mind all 3 flavours were tested right off the shake, so they may change a bit (or a lot!) with a steep. I hope this helps-sorry I can’t help more-it’s the best I’ve got!
