Hey everyone! I hope you are all done with your week and having a great Free Friday.
In case you are unfamiliar with this, it is simply a day that I give away some stuff to someone. It's not a contest or (much) of a drawing.
This week I am using a random section of last weeks comments using my own sort and then a random number generator to match up with the comments,
And the random number this week is
12

And this matches up with the comment left last week by user

/u/NitsabKB

And the crowd goes wild with great abandon (YAY!)

Congrats! Head to GremberryFarms.com and make sure you have an account so I know where to send your stuff!
As for the rest of ya... If you would also like to get some free Gremlin flavors, simply comment here and next week I will do the same random draw from the comments on this post.
To help you out, here is a question you may answer (Or not, it's up to you really)
Are you a dog person or a cat person. Maybe birds or reptiles, even arachnids. What type of pet makes your heart happy?
I am a dog person through and through, the bigger the better, (German Shepherds are my favorite breed) but there ARE a couple neighborhood cats that come visit us on the back porch that are trying to change my old mind.

See y'all next week! ~ Rich
EDIT: Please know that you only have to make a post of some kind, like "Congrats to this weeks winner" or something. Answering the question in no way increases or decreases a chance at being chosen, it's just a fun way to let ya post if you want. :)
Thank you so much u/gremlinjuice I'm excited to try some new flavors! As for the question, I am a dog person 100%, but unfortunately my daughter is allergic (to almost everything). Again, thank you so much! It's extremely kind of you to do this!
Sorry I took an extra day on you. To make up for it you have 2 flavors that are still just Alpha stage of development. A nice Maple Vanilla that I'm hearing good things back from the testers, and a brand new Red Sunburst flavor that you will be the first to try out. Just like the Pink Sunburst (Strawberry Starburst) this is a Cherry Starburst flavor. (I hope you like Cherry Candy flavor! LOL) I hope to have 4 of them done in a few months. Orange and Watermelon will be upcoming.
And my apologies, I forgot to read your note before I boxed everything up so I didn't include the Butterscotch.
I hope you enjoy them! Perfect for the days when you just want a single flavor mix with no hassle!
Thank you so much! I especially look forward to trying the red starburst. When the orange and watermelon come out, I will definitely purchase those to try out also. Thank you again for doing this!
When I was a kid I wanted a dog so bad. My mom finally gave in and brought home the meanest dog ever. He had some skin problem so I couldn't even pet him or enjoy having a pet. Ruined me till I was an adult and I bought a puppy out of some kids backpack that was in my neighborhood .( I live in the hood) Dog is half dachshund and half Chihuahua. Named him Wizard and he's been the goodest boy ever.
Congratz /u/NitsabKB!
I'm a dog person, especially big dogs, allergic to some cats. Currently live with 3 little dogs, a stray cat that something happened to and his head is now always turned to the side, his claws are always out and the poor guy is clumsy, at least I'm not allergic to him and my cat(she insisted on adopting me)that I'm highly allergic to. I have several "pet" spiders and house centipedes running around the house as well.
if my number comes up, give it to the person that comments after me. Keep being your awesome self Rich!
I am definitely a dog person. Pits are my first loves, although I have a senior dachshund that I got when she was 5 weeks old, but she thinks she’s a Pit… A stray cat adopted us a couple of years ago, and we ended up with 2 of her kittens but they’re not kittens anymore. They are strictly outside. I can’t do the cat hair in the house. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
All of the above....and to add to it recently had some new life experience spending a few days helping out on a friend's farm (me being a total city boy) and discovered that I'm a goat person as well! Pygmy goats are just so damn cute it turns out
Congrats, u/NitsabKB
I am not.much of an animal lover. I like them, but I don't enjoy the responsibility of taking care of them. I have a serious issue with something not wiping it's ass after pooping and then sitting on my couch. I have a demon hamster, she is small and psycho. She is like ninja hamster, I enjoy watching her little neurotic ass. She has ocd and if you move just one thing in her bin she will spend all day using all her tiny might to.move it back. She even makes hills and crevices with her bedding in the exact same pattern each bin cleaning. She has to go in one of those huge plastic totes because we tried cages and tanks and f she can see out the side she will knock herself senseless against the side of trying to bite everything that passes, lol. Opaque walls and she is calm and happy as long as nothing is out of place. And we have a larger hamster. He is cuddly and sweet. You can set him down beside you and he will stay with you. He loves cuddles and comes to you when you call his name. He does get territorial over carrots. If he had one steer clear of uim for a few hours. He somehow found a way to sit on his water bottle like a perch and is is cute.
We had dogs we rescued from my father. We then bought his house from him and when we moved them back into his home they became mean. I think they were resource guarding mainly because he would often go up to a week with no food for them. When I knew it was going on I would bring them table scraps when what we had was appropriate for them o daily or bring food each day. We removed them to a single man who gave them their own bedroom and posts pics of them like their his children. Perfect combination those 3.
I'm a dog person...I eventually I would like to get a wishbone type dog...

Question though, I see there are some Gremberry LA Flavors on your site...Does the LA stand for Lorann?
Oh definitely dogs. I love cats, too, but my wife is very allergic. I’ve got a husky mix who is an absolute riot, who we got from a shelter about a year and a half ago. And we have a super mix (seriously he’s got almost no standout traits, but looks like a “Feist”) who we adopted from a rescue. He was a whole other story. While our husky mix was super sweet and amazing from the day we took her home (got so lucky!), our boy Vincent was… not so easy going. Actually had a lot of tearful nights, wasn’t sure if we were gonna be able to keep him. He was homeless and roaming the streets of Alabama before the rescuer found him, and had him eventually shipped up here to VA. Food guarding, aggression, etc.. You name it, he had the problem. But I guess Millie (our big husky mix) helped ease him into the good life. At almost exactly three months, his whole personality changed. Now he is the sweetest, happiest, silliest boy I’ve ever met! His big sister really helped show him the way. They love each other so much.
Aaaanyways, that was a long story that I tried to make short. I love dogs. What about you? Ya like dags??
Edit: here’s mah daaags https://imgur.com/gallery/goP1P3Z
Great story, same for us with rescue cats and kittens. If not for a couple of the seniors we adopted that were loving but Alpha those kittens would have been a nightmare for a decade and hundreds later. Those older cats would herd them around and teach them to play, eat with manners and what good behavior to humans was. Only one left and this old boy, Leonidas, is my fellow in spirit and age just chilling and trying to get through his last bit of time here. The vet bills are hard to deal with but he is family like the other two females left, all over 17 and deserve health care, love and the best quality food I can find. For anyone to do otherwise is "inhumane"
Wife and I's end game is to find our forever home somewhere we can have a lot of land (10+ acres), and just give dogs a good place to die. Just adopt dogs that wouldn't otherwise get adopted and let them live the good life. Maybe get a barn cat or two as well. We would have them be outside-inside dogs. Like, having 6+ dogs wouldn't work inside a house, but we would not make them sleep outside. I would build them a large shelter with all the comfy things they might need like beds, water, HVAC to stay warm/cool, etc. If they want to sleep outside fine, if they want to sleep inside their hotel that's also fine.
I'm a cat guy for over 50 years. Love that low maintenence and easy gratification they like with food and cuddles. We did do rescue work for over a decade fostering, socializing feral kittens and even adopting 6 that never could be adopted due to human abuse. Most have crossed the Rainbow Bridge now leaving a big hole in the heart. 3 old grizzled cats left and at our age we would only adopt a senior pet needing a loving home with skilled caregiving. Please consider adopting senior animals and never, ever buy puppies and kittens.
Hello. I'm a cat and dog person.. just so you know. I had a german shepherd named Ute and she was the most wonderful dog ever ever. I now have a cat named Leon who I adopted because Ute passed away and some time had passed and I went to the local animal rescue just to see who was there and this bald mangy cat walked up to me and headbutted me in the leg. I took him home and he now has long crazy fur and he's awesome! We wrestle and we chase each other around and have mini arm battles.
