What sites are still shipping DIY supplies to the US? I used nicotine river for a while, but they've changed since the ban and I'm looking for a new wholesaler.

I assume your question is „where do I buy nicotine“? Nicotine Giant or Carolina Extract. Others have stopped all sales to consumers due to the impending PACT Act or have closed shop altogether. Stock up asap, everything else remains available.
