####Q: How do flavors get put on the schedule?
####A: Requests and suggestions from people like YOU!
If there's something you'd like to see, just post a request in this thread. You can request both a specific flavor profile and where it lands on the calendar.
SSA whipped cream is amazing probably my 2nd favorite cream flavor behind tfa Bavarian cream.
Whippit, whippit good!
SSA for the win I’m assuming.
At the moment that's the only whipped cream flavor I'd call better than FA Cream Whipped, but there are a handful of others I've never tried before that I'm about to dig into, so we'll see
did we manage to avoid all the creamed pants jokes? really been loving these cream noteds, great help to someone who struggles to even identify cream notes
Is whipped cream on the sweet side? I just made my first mix using sweet cream haven’t thought to try and find a recipe to use whip cream
Which sweet cream did you use?
Which whipped cream are you referring to?
Naughty whipping cream up there..
In my defense, I've been fairly well-behaved for four weeks of cream flavors.
No love for CAP vanilla whipped cream? FA's is not too bad either though fresh cream (cream fresh(Creme Fresh(pana fresca))) does a better job in most cases and after all whipped cream is just fresh cream that's been whipped. I guess that would make it worth pointing out CAP VWC is actually a Chantilly cream.
inb4 HiC says FA whipped is FC but whipped in a copper bowl by an Italian grandmother by hand with the whisk she stole from Mussolini.
Love CAP VWC!
What the difference between Whipped and Chantilly creams?
>What the difference between Whipped and Chantilly creams?
Chantilly cream is a whipped cream that is sweetened and flavored with vanilla.
To bad I live in Sweden and can't participate on the awards! But you know what? Who caaaaaares! This is my take on whipped cream, a very balanced blueberry muffin with some vanilla whipped cream!

My friend made a whipped cream for her cake frosting. It was just a heavy cream I think you guys call half & half, she threw in some white sugar and wisked it with violence. The bowl was only less than half full but in the end was so full of air and fluffy and overflowing. She used what she needed for the cake and we ate the rest wth our fingers. I imagine this is what FA Cream whipped is. You gotta get it from Chefs across the pond. Shame on me for not buying this yet but when you do go ahead and grab a 10ml of FA Custard Prem & FA Milk
Nah, there's heavy cream and there's half & half. Half & Half is like half milk, half cream - heavy cream is just cream and also called "heavy whipping cream." And yes to all the rest of that, though I would also use a few drops of vanilla and make a stand mixer or at least a hand mixer do the violent part.
Half and half, unfortunately, cannot be made to stand up firm enough to be a successful whipped cream.
It is indeed heavy cream that would be used most commonly for a proper whipped cream. Compared to the canned stuff it's incredibly heavy, but it's so dang good, and you can do a lot to augment it before whipping. Usually I use a little bit of vanilla extract in mine, but cocoa powder wouldn't be unwelcome under the right circumstances.
Or a sprinkle of cinnamon, or pumpkin pie spice, or citrus zest...
I have an unreasonable love for that horrible spray can full of "whipped cream topping" but man I appreciate the sheer decadence of proper whipped cream.
I don't think I've ever felt the need to recreate either experience in vape format, though I'll be interested to see what flavors this week are able to capture either of those spirits. More so, I'm interested to see which can stand up and remain their own thing in a mix.
I like to use TFA Whipped Cream high at 3% or more to really fluff things out like in my Tangy Orange Creamsicle. I'm vaping that right now actually. Not my best recipe but I never get tired of it. I have a simple lime cream that uses FA Whipped Cream. I like that one too but haven't played with it as much. It's harder to find.
dammit, my long actually decent comment got deleted before I could post it :( I've only tried Whipped Cream from TFA + FA, both good. CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream is probably my most used one rn, makes a great sweetener for creamy or bakery recipes if it fits! also added SSA Whipped Cream onto my recent BCF order thanks to this thread!
The smell of SSA Whipped cream is divine but I do get some butyric notes from it above 1%. FA whipped and CAP whipped cream are my usual go to whipped creams but SSA has been taking their place recently. TFA and CAP are useful if you want some emulsification from the triacetin. I hear WF whipped cream fresh is good for a whipped cream that just sits on top of a mix.
Are you guys including butter cream frostings in this? I just tried VTA BCF and it is like super whipped cream. So good!
Really looking forward to this show, I need to learn more.
