####Q: How do flavors get put on the schedule?
####A: Requests and suggestions from people like YOU!
If there's something you'd like to see, just post a request in this thread. You can request both a specific flavor profile and where it lands on the calendar.
FA Cardamom should be used at 0.5% for nearly all things. Don't be afraid to push it past 0.2%.
0.1-2 for a hint, 0.2-4 for medium and 0.5 for love.
For real cardamom please, for the love of all things holy, grind it fresh. Do not buy ground cardamom. A mortar and pestle takes just a few seconds. (Im cranky today, dont mind me)
This is the way ... mortal and pestle that bitch right before you throw it in the tea ;) <3
Edit: favorite recipe usingFA Cardamom by our friend u/humanpuck using it at 0.5% as stated above for that love range
Don't forget the excellent Rhino Cream - by KittyBit and Dico which uses..... 0.5% of FA Cardamom. And it is wonderful!
Years ago I tried to develop a baklava vape, which of course has to have cardamom. I dont think we ever arrived at anything decent though, partially due to difficulties with honey more than the spices. I ought to retry again sometime though.
That said, boooooo on your terribad (terridad?) puns.
Mixing the new WF Gulab Jamun with WF Croissant and a little (very little!) FA Honey might get you there. Are you looking for a pistachio or other nut for that?
pistachio which i believe TFA had one back in the day we deemed ok but there may be better now (probably).
It is an absolute travesTEA that this thread has this many comments and not a single one has mentioned the recipe by /u/isuamadog Arab Mom's Butter Cookie. I'm so angry about it that I'm not even going to carry on. Here's the link, you're doing yourself a disservice by not trying it. Runner-up for ROTY 2020 (#1 in my heart though)

That sure is salada tea in this week's prize pack! No seriously I have FA Cardamom and Gremberry Farms Caramel Spice arriving soon. Can't wait to find out what to do with them.
I had this strange idea of maybe using the FA Cardamom in a red wine recipe in order to make a spice wine of some sort. Am I on to something or should I be grateful I'm going to get the chance to watch the next Noted before I ruin perfectly good vg/pg?
That sounds great, but what other spices are you going to put in there and what are you going to use for the wine?
/u/ID10-T
OOO Red Wine and I'm not sure about the other spices yet tbh. I have the OOO Red Wine already. Maybe a little cinnamon? I have some FA Cinnamon Ceylon.
EDIT:
I like spices so would be open to ideas :)
what happens when you like making recipes, but don't like any teas really? you get me! lol.
Chai-Tea Chai-Tea Bang-Bang (yeah i'm a sucker for a good pun)
TFA Almond 1% (because i imagine it would go good in the mix)
TFA Brown Sugar 1%
FA Cardamom 0.25%
TFA Chai Tea 3%
FA Clove 0.25%
FLV Cream 1%
OOO Cream(milky blah blah blah) 2%
NF Ginger 0.25
FA Madagascar(Vanilla Classic)
FLV Rich Cinnamon 0.01%(just a placeholder for 1 drop per 30ml)
TFA Super Sweetener OR CAP Super Sweet(they're interchangeable to me) .35% but adjust to your liking of course
TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream .75%

if you like chai tea mix this up and let me know what you think!

These last few weeks the flavors have been out of my wheelhouse, but very interesting to see how deep the flavor rabbit hole goes!
Agreed I've seen some of these and been like wtf why would anyone wanna vape that . But some of them sound amazing . Luckily we have the Noted crew to test and compare these things that helps the rest of us decide on new stuff to try and have at least a faint idea of what were getting into instead of blindly throwing money away or just completely missing on on something incredible
That’s another knowledge gap I have to close. Looking forward to learn more about these flavors.
I blame you for making me do this with your question last week (hahaha)
There have been 51 different guests on Noted.
The most frequent guests on Noted:
29 ConcreteRiver
23 No Guest
16 Fresh
13 Foment
11 MrBurgundy
9 isuamadog
8 folkart
8 Kittybit
8 RinVapes
6 Fear
6 Kopel
6 skiddlzninja
If everyone shows up, scheduled appearances will push ConcreteRiver to 30, Fresh to 19, Foment to 14, Isuamadog to 12, Rin to 9, Kittybit to 9, and Folkart to 9.
At the moment, unfortunately, they'll also push No Guest to 34. Maybe we can work on fixing that right now. Still seeking volunteers for FOTQs on 9/6 and 12/6, Purple Grape on 10/11, Sour on 10/25, Apple Bakery (Pie, Strudel, Crumble) on 11/29, Oriental Tobacco on 12/13, Herbs on 12/27, Pretzel on 1/17, Banana Nut Bread on 1/24, Sesame on 1/31, and Toffee on 2/7.
I cannot stress emphatically enough that It doesn't take any special skill, knowledge, talent, or experience. All it requires is a willingness to obtain and sample a handful of different flavors of the same profile and talk about them in a zoom meeting. That's it. Also, it's fun. Think about it.
Do you have to get a specific bunch of that particular note or can you use what you have? For example, I have CAP grape w/stevia, TPA grape juice, and PUR grape soda... would those qualify me for the purple grape day? I'm not volunteering, yet, mind you... I'm just asking for clarification, at the moment. Also, in your chart above, it shows purple grape day is Oct 5th...not the 11th...
I don't have FA Cardamom or WF Gulab Jamun, but they're in the next BCF cart! Cardamom is amazing & I cook/ bake with it all the time. Kardemummakaka (swedish cardamom cake) was one of my favorite desserts pre-celiac diagnosis. I'm determined to make it in vape form, hopefully it'll ready by time cardamom is the FOTW again 😂
chai is also amazing but I haven't looked into it much aside from VT Chai Masala or FLV Chai Spice (I have neither, getting my cart together after Noted). This episode is probably the one I'm most excited for tbh!
u/ID10-T, I feel there's something anise here. It would be a cinnamon strous proportions to not include any puns about the whole clove of other spices in this beverage. Yes, the puns are peppercorny, but it's all in good fun. Hey... maybe if you fennelly come up with a good one by Christ Masala llow you to take a break in 2022.
Hey Dave, just wanted to give you a virtual high five for your wordplay on this one. Should be an interesting episode as some of the sft is bound to be rough. Thanks guys for doing the dirty work.
I've been to a lot of 'hippie' festivals and I love chai tea. I've got a few flavors that apply here, but I'm a beginning mixer and have yet to mix or create a chai recipe.
Like you folks I'm looking forward to this episode. And to Emily who likes her chai in the fall I suggest a chai tea outside in the evening when a spring or summer day cools down ;-)
Not sure if this is the right place to post, but for my personal use I have created a plain text file with most of the timestamps for the Noted videos on YouTube. In case anybody is interested I've uploaded it here: https://rentry.co/pmmmt
Use CTRL+F to find flavors, for example: "fa carda" will jump to the next available timestamp for FA Cardamom. Feel free to share this link or use it elsewhere. I will try and update the list regularly, though not as quick as the folks under the YouTube vids.
This is my first Reddit post, so why not finish by sending my rich, sumptuous unending gratitude to the Noted crew and their guests. And also a thick, decadent thanks to the timestamp posters under the youtube vids.
Hoping to get some tips for a mehallabeya/mahalabia recipe.
It’s a middle eastern milk pudding that is flavored with cardamom (and usually rose or orange blossom) and pistachios.
So, I've never had that, but get WF Gulab Jamun for the cardamom and rose and add a small amount of FLV Pistachio to it. See how close that gets you and what you'd need to do to turn it into milk pudding (I'm guessing add some sweet, milky cream, maybe a small amount custard).
I think FA Cardamom is great, not sure yet how I feel about VT Cardamom, and I'm really hoping to find a more roasted Cardamom at some point. I like VT Chai Masala, probably too much clove but it's still great.
I've been looking forward to this for a while, I have a hard time tasting many flavors, and I'm constantly searching any flavors that I don't have to figure out whether I'm tasting something or imagining it after my tongue drops from dehydration.

Thanks again guys for what you do =]
I was trying to comment yo enter a drawing but suddenly replied to my own comment and then there is a bot replied to me with a Dad joke, I am still a bit anxious and wearing a foil cap. Btw, damn tea pack, I almost ordered it and them something went wrong and I didn’t
The one workable recipe I ever made a few years back: Cotsel. It's an apricot and cardamom cream. I would love to hear opinions, as well as suggestions for improvement if you try it out. Thanks in advance!
Can’t wait to hear the panels thoughts and opinions on these flavors.. thank you guys so much for all the outstanding work you do it helps us simple minded people steer clear from flavors that aren’t worth our time and saves us a little bit of money to boot thank you guys so much
I got a citrus taste like a pomelo from the FLV Chai Spice. Or I’m broken. Anyone else get that?
OOO Red wine? Interesting have you SFT it yet?
Did you mean to reply to /u/MimiLoves2Vape ?
Okay so looking at that recipe makes me think that this diy maybe be harder than I thought seems so complicated. Bought everything but just haven’t made the jump maybe I should try this one 😳
