I've been doing my juices for around 3 years and one year's only nicsalts, the point is that I always consider percentage, 10%.
When I make 10ml juice bottle, 1ml is nicsalt with 100mg/ml strength, so only today I figured out I vape 100mg/ml strength.
I was comfortable using 10% not knowing it was 100mg/ml, now I am a bit worried due to that strength, I vape around 3ml day.
Is there anything to worry about with that amount of nicotine being inhaled a day?
If you mix 1mL of 100mg/mL into a 10mL bottle, that 10mL bottle will be 10mg/mL nicotine.
That's what I'm confused, I do mix 1ml of nicsalt 100mg/ml in a 10ml of juice (9+1), in other words, 10% strength. I've read that in order to convert to mg/ml strength you multiply by 10.
Pure 100% nicotine is 1,000 mg/ml. People often assume 100 mg = 100%, but it actually takes 1,000 mg of nicotine to make 1 ml of pure, 100% nic. In other words: 1,000 mg (weight) of nic takes up 1 ml of space (volume).
You added 100 mg of nicotine to 9 ml of liquid, so you had a total of 100 mg nic in 10 ml of fluid. So for each ml of fluid, you had 10mg nic.
