So I tried to squeeze one last nicotine order in the day before Nude Nicotine stopped sales, on their site it said they would do their best to get the order shipped by I think April 5 and if it didn’t get shipped by then they would refund the purchase. Well of course my order did not ship out in time but here I am still waiting for a refund 15 days later. Anyone else in the same predicament? Has anyone received a refund yet who did not get an order shipped? I tried emailing them a few days ago but of course have heard nothing back.
They're notorious for shipping delays prior to being inundated with a thousand last minute orders. Also notorious for a total lack of customer service... good luck.

This is why I stayed with LNW. My last order shipped about 5 days after ordering, got it 3 days later. All is good.
I used them and nicotine river before the ban LNW was by far the better experience
Yeah it sucks with the ban but I got enough base stocked away to last me for the foreseeable future.
I placed an order with them on the 24 and haven't received any updates. I did get a email on the 5th stating they was going to try and continue to ship out all orders. If orders was unable to be shipped then refunds would be issued. So everything is a guessing game at this point.....wish everyone the best who did order.
On a side note I did place an order with Nicotine Giant this Thursday just in case NN fell through. I had tracking within 4 hours and is scheduled for delivery Monday. Never dealt with them before but I figured at this point its better then nothing.
They shipped mine out finally on Thursday.. Will be here Monday 🤷♀️🤷♀️ they said they got an extension from ups to ship till like the 17th or something.. I'm guessing since the orders were placed before the cutoff they found a loophole..

They sent out an email Wednesday I think that said they’re still processing orders and there was still a window for them to ship USPS through the end of the month. Although any orders that were meant to be shipped through UPS or FedEx would now have to be USPS
Yeah I'm in the same boat. I emailed them and asked if they were going to refund if they couldn't ship it and their response basically said they don't think they're going to have to issue any refunds because all the product will be shipped in due time. That was nearly a week ago and my order still hasn't shipped so idk what's going on.
I’m sure they were overwhelmed with orders during this time and still working on returns. They are a legit company so I would think they will make it right
Got my order placed on the 24th of last month. I’m starting to set with my butt cheeks more and more clinched every day now because all of my hope and not going back to cigarettes after at least 8 years is in their hands. I hope we get it soon.
Does it say fulfilled? Mine still says unfulfilled and I remember on their site saying if orders weren’t shipped by April 5 they will be refunded.
I received my order yesterday. I ordered the higher priced pharma and they have no smell so I assume they are good. My liter of freebase is 100% pg and I wanted 100% vg so I don’t know if I ordered wrong or that’s just what I got. I need to figure out what email to inquire about that but at least I got it.

Ive never tried Nudes Nic because I always see people talking about how long shipping takes. I guess with any good product theres a high demand but still, a month or more is just crazy to me. Ive always used LNW and have my orders within 3-5 days and they were cheaper than any were else. They were sold right out of just about everything the last week of March so I used Central Vapors because that's who my buddy uses and had nothing but good things to say about them. They also had 250mg nic salt which allot of places don't so that helped sway my decision as well. I ordered on the 23rd and received it this morning. I wasn't expecting a speedy delivery this time though for obvious reasons. I feel ALOT better now having it in my possession and stashed away. If that order would have fell through I would be S.O.L. at this point. It sucks that we all have to even go through this shit. Since quitting the hags I feel a million time better health wise and have gotten back into cycling and hiking and would never go back.
