Need nicotine rivers contact info please.

Does anyone happen to have river supply's contact info? I recieved 4 liters of nic a couple weeks ago and chucked them in the deep freeze. Hearing other people's problems I decided to check them and sure enough all 4 are bad. AND 2 different batch numbers. (9172020 and 9222020)
I tried to log into my account and it would not let me. Thier contact info is missing from thier page. I have another nic order coming from them that hasn't even shipped yet. I'm a little pissed off.

Thank you! I dont know why I was having trouble earlier. I haven't tried logging in but thier contact info is there now. I'm just frustrated with this situation.

I saw another thread where people said their recent nic orders from River Supply tasted like/smelled like mushrooms.

I have a nic order from them I'm waiting on too, hopefully I don't get a bad batch...

I just tested my recent order, batch 03162021-01 PG. At 3mg it tasted earthy kinda like mushrooms. At 9mg mtl it tasted stronger, very musty. Waiting on a reply in email.

I was trying to hold out and not open mine but after seeing all the issues I thought I better check mine. I have the same batch number as you 03162021-01-PG and it doesn’t have an odor to me or the wife. Does the bottle smell or is it just when you vape it?

They have a very deep earthy smell to them. I made flavorless test batches out of every bottle and each tasted like vaping dirt. I've never had nic like this before and I've been mixing for 8 years.

The color is fine. Just a light tint. But there is a deep earthy smell and the test batches taste like I'm vaping dirt.

I don't see how they'll be able to rectify the situation since they can't ship nic to retail customers anymore. Sucks man. Hope u get it straight

They can still ship until the 5th. They are not taking anymore orders.

I had trouble with them a few months back. Horrible nic. They refunded me in full though, so hopefully you'll be ok. But almost the same exact thing happened to me man, it's frustrating.

Those batch numbers are from September, so I don't see how they would be affected by the recent 'issue'

Yeah, I don’t see how they weren’t aware that what they were sending was bad. Especially when there are literally tons of us that received it. Seems shady to me. Their quality control can’t be that bad.

I want to know how many recieved those same batch numbers. The weather was plenty cold enough when it was shipped so I dont think that was an issue.

I usually buy from wizard labs or nude nicotine. This was my first time ordering from river supply. They had great reviews so I figured I would take advantage of thier sale. Now I'm regretting it.

That's what i was thinking. I've used both i like salt for how smooth and flavorless it is. And how it hits but ill have to report back my last order of salt i got a few weeks ago was fine but well see with this one.

If I recall correctly an email they sent me, River Supply will switch (or already did) the nicotine business to the old Nicotine River site. I just checked and contact info is there, in the old site.

I ordered 7 days ago and they haven't even shipped it or even given me a tracking number. Contacted customer service today. I hope my nicotine doesn't taste like fungus!

I have another order that was placed on the 18th that hasn't shipped yet either. I know they are crazy busy trying to keep up. They are looking into the issue so hopefully they will check any other batches before it gets shipped.

Just checked mine. My batch numbers are completely different. Opened the small 125ml bottle I got but not the 1 liter one and it smells like nothing so I guess I'm good. Def am interested in how it turns out for you though
