'What are you vaping?' Thread - Week of March 15, 2021
submitted over 4 years ago by c5b4c91772c729fc7d0a

This thread is for you to share what you are vaping lately, be it your own or another mixers recipe. Maybe you happened to stumble upon your new ADV in the March Recipes Thread? Or did someone recommend your first mix to you in the Suggest a recipe for my flavors Thread

Share what you liked or didn't like too much, but most importantly, please make sure to properly link to the recipe and to the mixer if they're on reddit.

If you need some inspiration, some websites keep track of your mixes and batches: e-Liquid Recipes and All The Flavors.

Also make sure to checkout last week's thread for inspiration or to follow up on a mix that turned out even better after a week of steeping! We keep an archive of all the past threads in our wiki as well

Happy Vaping!

Longing. Made a batch of Rainforest and got the taste for honeysuckle again. Now that Rainforest has been set aside I'm contently vaping some Longing.

I made a small test batch of this but only vaped it in my low wattage novo. Tasted nice but I wanna try it in my zeus x. What equipment are you vaping this on?

If you like custard/bakery profiles and you haven't mixed this yet, I don't know what your waiting for! Holiday Pie

Mixed this once with a different custard and it was still good. But do yourself a favor and get the FA custard premium. One of the few recipes that I dont want to change out after one tank.

I'm using zeus X rta with Clapton coils at . 17 ohms. Tastes good to me. 3yo recipe but seems to hold up well

Butterbeer testing week for me.

I've made 10ml bottles of But, Her Beard!?, Hold My Butterbeer, Butterbeer, Butter Beer 1707, Butter Beer, and Butterbeer. As well as a version of each of those that include butter rum with that flavor removed.

Along with that I mixed up 5ml of single flavors for each ingredient in all of those recipes... I think it was like 22 or so flavors. I just need to figure out how I'm going to track all my notes on those single flavors before I crack those open.

impressive! we'd love to see the notes once you have them :)
These all look great, I've been fiddling around with root beer/cream soda so these are inspiring

I've only been doing DIY for about two months... Not sure how great my notes will be ,or if they'd be worth reading, but I don't mind posting them if someone wanted to see them.

I've tried three of the recipes so far, and there was one I was concerned about looking at the ingredients... Unfortunately I was right. FLV Root Beer is not a solid start to a butterbeer. At least for me.

I started mixing 6 months ago and used to make all sorts of intricate recipes which I'd leave to steep for weeks. Now I'm just eyeballing one concentrate, almost exclusively Inawera, and vaping it within an hour.

MB american bubblegum 4%

I'm going to try this, is it like a classic bazooka bubblegum?

by mysticalbuffaloover 4 years ago

Similar, yes. The gum is classic pink, the dragonfruit makes it juicy and the marshmallow fluffs it.

I mix 8% silverline 27 bears with 2% Capella powerful sour. It’s just lovely.

Do you have any other gummy recipes? Im looking for a gummy tart recipe clone-ish from Verdict vapors

When I worked at a shop I used to have a skittles recipe but can’t remember it for the life of me.

My husband likes mixing wonder flavors blue raspberry 2ml with Capella juicy lemon 1ml in a 30ml bottle.

Also he really likes flavor apprentice watermelon mixed with Capella powerful sour but I cant stand that watermelon flavor

Oooooo flavor apprentice black currant 1ml with Capella blueberry jam 1.5ml and Capella juicy lemon .5ml Somehow tastes like peach ring candy. It’s amazing.

And wonder flavors makes a good fruit gushers flavor.

When you get a chance would you mind telling me the percentages on those so i can wrtie em down and out em in the calculator? I have very limited mixing skills for now until i get more practice. Definitely 1st on my list is that 27 bears one, i just need the 2nd flavor

5% 27 Bears / 2% FW Blueberry / 0.5% HS Blueberry / 0.25% FLV Sour Apple pretty darn tasty but I think the sour apple isn’t doing as much as I wanted

I've personally been really disappointed with FLV Sour Apple in every recipe I used it in.

Autumn pipe https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/166065. A nice smokey apple flavor probably a little out of season but I'm thoroughly enjoying it . Im new to diy and mostly vape tobacco flavors.

looks great, you can trust that CBV knows what he's doing with tobacco flavours

recipe looks alright, maybe a bit high on Cactus or TPA Ripe.. my brother likes TFA Sour but for me, it ruins every mix, even at low %s

Maybe try mixing a small bottle without the Sour

Morning Coffee (work in progress):
1% SSA Cappuccino Coffee
2% OOO Creamy Milky Undertone
0.5% Cap Super Sweet

I feel like I'm close. I may cut the OOO to 1% and add some VT Yogurt Drink to get some better milk notes.

by saspi25over 4 years ago

Not a good idea unless you like lemon in your coffee

by ReaperNullover 4 years ago

You're right, I was getting that one mixed up with FW Yogurt. That's what I'm actually adding to the recipe.
