Blackberry cheesecake
submitted over 4 years ago by aping46052

I’m looking to make a Blackberry cheesecake

I was going to start with

3.5% VSO Blackberry 1% FA forest fruits 2% INW Yes, Cheesecake

Does that look like it should work or do I need to add something else?

Thanks for the help.

I think I have the tfa graham cracker, I know I have the graham cracker clear, I have cap super sweet and fw sweetener if either of those would work but I don’t have any yogurt. I also have a couple brands of sweet cream.

1-1.5% ssa lemon cheesecake to boost the blackberry and blend well with the Inw. Also Ssa sweet yogurt or FW yogurt will help tremendously.

I've already mixed the first version and it tasted pretty good off the shake but it was very very forward and graham cracker at the finish. I'm hoping the cheesecake shows up during steeping. If not and I go to a second version I will try that also. From the notes and reviews the vso is supposed to be either best or way upper in terms of the BlackBerry flavor.

If the graham cracker is TFA, make sure that it's Graham Cracker (Clear)

What's the difference (flavorwise) between TFA Graham Cracker dark vs clear? (except color & sucrose)

I have no idea. The dark has fructose in it, which has been shown to cause cancer when vaped, so it is on the avoid list.

I have the TFA clear and CAP graham cracker. I was trying to decide which one would be better.

Cap has some cinnamon in it, so probably TFA.

I don't have any of those. I have already put the yogurt in a shopping cart but I will add the lemon cheesecake. I have lots of other lemons just not that one. Thanks.

I would suggest you switch forest fruit with either acai or bilberry. Forest fruit will kind of take over a blackberry. All of the blackberry flavors I've tried are all very mild and kind of take the background to anything that's stronger.

Acai and Bilberry are both sort of berry helpers. They're okay on their own but they are super boosters for blackberry and blueberry.
