This is correct. I use a privacy card, that I named DIY, that I use for only them. I preload only the necessary amount of money to make the purchase on it. I have gotten several alerts from Privacy that others have tried to use that card.

Try privacy dot com if you're worried about getting your credit card info stolen. You can create one time cards that can't be used after one purchase. It's a free service.

I may have attributed a hack on my card last spring to another vape site I had only used once before said hack - I will need to review sales and dates from both that remaining nameless site and this one. Thanks for the heads up.

Interesting, I purchased from Heartland during their Black Friday sale & my card was compromised/ put on a fraud alert block about 2 weeks ago. Thankfully I keep my card locked when it's not in use so I didn't lose anything, except access to my money for a week while I waited for a new one in the mail.

Always, ALWAYS use Privacy.com when making online purchases! I forgot to use it for my HV purchase, won't forget to use Privacy.com ever again.
