Which of my flavors are best main profile flavors for a low watt device (Caliburn pod system/Juul)
submitted over 4 years ago by 404error-help

So sorry that I’m a noob and I’ve done some research on this (read the sidebar, FAQ Friday: mixing for pods, searched term “pod flavors”, went on the common recipe sites and searched for “pod”, etc).

I have about 50 flavors and I’m wondering which ones make for good main profile pod juices. I want to mix them at 45/55 PG/VG with a 40-50mg nicotine strength. I included LNW’s noted on flavoring percentages too. I’m targeting 13-16% flavoring but please tell me if that’s too much or too little for a pod system. Also I know stuff like Smooth (TFA) and Meringue (FA) mute flavors so should I avoid using these in my first go around?

What Skiddlz said, but also mint. Mint flavors come though really well in a pod.

Mint and menthol is for adulterers and fornicators.

Can confirm. Me and my partner both prefer mint/menthol juices and also indulge in premarital sexing.

I generally increased ratios by 50% when mixing for my Caliburn. The flavors that translate the best are high notes; citrus, tropical, floral, and berries. Creams and softer flavors like vanillas and tobaccos are generally muted in pods.

Like below, bright flavors are going to work best. Pink Lemonade you got up there even by itself or with gummy bear and lemon sicily might be a solid flavor. Cinnamon while my favorite, is still probably going to be a coil killer.
I'd really limit the sweetener you use. I'm not using cotton candy slightly on one of my flavors and I haven't changed a coil out in a month.

Golden pineapple & Peach make an awesome combo, a touch of sweetness, and if you want a touch of sour.

Thank you so much! I love the ideas! I’m going to try some of them when I get my orders!

What mg do you use? Custards work best for MTL and linear flavors for salts

The peach + strawberry + apple is a lighter blend of TimeBomb's TNT but I'm glad you got something out if it 😊 it's better with Fuji but most any apple subs well.
