Anyone have any recommendations on what % to use this at ? I'm not sure and I don't wanna ruin my juice. Any help would be appreciated.

It largely acts as more of a muting agent than a souring agent. It's useful for that but not for getting a sour flavor if that's what you're after. 0.5-1% is about all you'll ever need it for in a mix.

Gotcha. Probably not best for that. What's the recipe, and what are you trying to amplify?

I don't have a recipe. I have hail Mary attempt that came close but still doesn't pop rite I used 6% pink lemonade 2% key lime and .5 sweetener and came a lil close but its missing the zing its vape wild pink elephant name changed to first ade I loved it.

I like it at 1% but only in combination with citrus flavorings. Doesn't add sour like others said but it helps to bring out the citrus.

You could give that a shot and build upon that one, or just stay with that recipe as it is damn good.

Use it sparingly at 1-2% max.

As others have said, not really great at making things taste sour (you probably want something with malic acid rather than citric acid). I use it very sparingly, about 0.5% to make citrus flavours "pop" a bit more in fairly simple fruit heavy recipes. I've tried it with cherry and berry flavours and found it a bit "meh" and like u/Forment_life has said, tended to mute those flavours.
