Clone Request Thread - February 2021
submitted over 4 years ago by AutoModerator

Love some commercial juice but are tired of paying someone else to mix for you? Then you are in the right place. First, did you use the sidebar and search feature? There are also specific clone threads linked in the sidebar. If these have turned up dry, then please post your request for a clone recipe here.

However, you should know that most of the experienced users no longer buy commercial juice. Why pay retail when you can mix amazing juice for less than 1/10th of that?

Be as descriptive as possible. Including the description provided by the vendor isn't a bad idea but you'll get better recommendations by describing what you taste. If you've already tried a clone recipe and it wasn't right, include a link to the recipe and describe what was different. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for someone to help you.

Read more on Clone Recipes and how to get he most out of your request.

Happy Mixing!

I’m still trying to find a suitable clone recipe for Crack Pie by Foodfighter.

Profile published: Crack Pie by Food Fighter Juice is a sweet and savory flavor extravaganza that takes sweet and buttery graham cracker crust and loads it with incredibly rich salted caramel. Then, they topped it all off with a generous dusting of tasty powdered sugar. If your mouth is watering just thinking about this indulgent dessert flavor, it is time to pick up a bottle for yourself.

Each inhale delivers to you the most unbelievably delicious flavor of a buttery graham cracker crust to the taste buds. Then, sinfully sweet and savory salted caramel makes its way to your sweet tooth, overwhelming you with pleasure. On the exhale, powdered sugar completes this flavor party.

Is that the one that tastes like kettle corn? If so... FA caramel 1% FW salted caramel 4% TFA Graham cracker clear 2% CAP Graham cracker 1% FA joy .5% CAP sugar cookie V2 .5% CAP golden butter 1% CAP super sweet 1%

Mix it up and let me know if you like it

First, I actually think I have all those flavors to try that. Thank you. I’ve read in other places that the original recipe uses OOO Speckled Flakes Cereal which I recently got in my last flavor order. Now to put it together in a recipe and try to get close. I’m currently using this recipe:

TFA Acetyl Pyrazine 2.5%

CAP Golden Butter .3%

TFA Graham Cracker Clear 3%

OOO Honey Puffs 2%

FW Salted Caramel 3%

CAP Super Sweet 2%

TFA Sweet Cereal Flakes 6%

This is good and I like it. But it’s missing a lot to be a remix of Crack Pie. Like a sugary and a syrupy type flavor is missing. So I’m going to try the OOO Speckled Flakes on the next try as well.

And I recently finished off my last commercial bottle of Crack Pie from my stock. So now I don’t have any for comparison except the remnants of the empty bottle to smell. 🤣

Vape the nostalgia's fish.

Have been trying my best to figure it out. I've triedany of the popular recipes but nothing compares to it. Only premium juice I'll buy

Woo boy, do I have one. I absolutely love a juice called Prickly Cream by Adirondack Vapor and cannot find any clones. I'm also new to DIY.

What they say: A juicy prickly cactus pear is surrounded by a little bit of citrus and finished off with various creams. Extremely refreshing and unique!

What I taste: A tropical kind of citrus (not lemon or lime), a little cactus (it's very juicy) and if this is possible, I may be cream mute? I think the cream in here is mainly for a fuller mouth feel.

Has anyone tried this? I'm even willing to send some to someone more advanced in diy if that would help. Thanks!

I would start out by taking something like this recipe. Then take out the strawberries and cooling, and add FLV Cream.

Appreciate the suggestion. Do you think the Star Fruit should stay? I created something with Prickly Pear, Cactus and FLV Cream but it basically tasted like cactus and didn't have the sort of fruit "punch" I was looking for.

Starfruit will provide the tropical citrus notes. Cactus is a weird flavor and can be quite overwhelming to some people, myself included. I don't use Cactus above 0.25% in any recipe. The description also says various creams so maybe also some Bavarian Cream? Fwiw, my two favorite Bavarian Creams are FW and JF.

The Finest Lychee Dragon

It has strong lychee and dragonfruit notes, but without much complexity past that. It is quite sticky and overly sweet. Might be good on a clone with some raspberry and a lower sucralose level.

I'd suggest this:

CAP Sweet Lychee 3.5%

INW Dragonfruit 1.5%

INW Raspberry 0.5%

CAP Super Sweet at whatever %age you feel comfortable with. You said you don't like the sweetness of the OG, so maybe do 0.5%?

I'm actually gonna mix this up tonight haha

I made a clone that for me taste if not identical then close. Here is the link: https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/211526

The main taste of og was cap sweet lychee. Strawberry is hard to guess for me as I am mute for some of them. Maybe even for jf so you let me know if you will try it and it will be too much strawberry. Dragonfruit I would avoid using inw pitaya because it is pretty bright flavor on it is own and will easily bully cap sweet lychee

York Peppermint Patty/Andes Mint profile

So this week I had a sample of https://www.verdictvapors.com/collections/mints-vape-co/products/mints-chocolate-mint-vape-juice I didn't think I'd ever like a chocolate vape but I was enjoyed it so much I finished the 10ml bottle in a day. This is the only commercial juice Id actually liked since I started making my own ejuice. Now, I do not ask for a clone since even as I vaped it I was breaking down the favor in my mind and tweaking it to improve it. I could not pin down why it was so pleasing to me but eventually I recognized menthol on the exhale with a very subtle chocolate hiding somewhere in the background. It smelled like a Rollo candy though, so it is not a very strong chocolate at all. It was sweet but not a coil killer and did not leave my mouth feeling sticky as some candy flavored ejuices do. It even cleaned up my sinus a bit, which I love from the old Naked 100 Very Cool but it did not slap you in the face with menthol or mint. Reading reviews of the flavor some people get an Andes vibe and others get a York Peppermint patty vibe. Chocolate is not my wheelhouse but I am going to guess that TPA/FW Creme De Menthe is the star here with maybe more peppermint and Menthol, and some Cap Super Sweet. It did not seem terribly complex but I would like to attempt my own version of it. So, to those of you that have tried a few chocolates can it be that simple? If you were going to try for a peppermint patty, where would you start? Thank you

Maybe the Mint Chip Cookies and Cream by shyndo could be a good starting point for your journey.

Hello, I'm looking for a true POA (Pony On Acid/Berry Fantasy) recipe since Smax is closing their online store and they dont' ship to me anyway lol but it's supposed to be one of those legendary all-time eliquids. I've found some "remixes" but nothing true. Also Bule Bolu is another one I'm looking around for.

Keep it 100 - Pink Burst aka OG PINK

Been trying to replicate this pink starburst for a couple years off and on. Try a ton then give up. The Pink starburst from DIYorDie is pretty good but not quite a clone, also tried the main ones on various recipe sites for pink star candy or pink starburst. it seems like I have missing something, love to see if anyone has successfully made a version?
