Write them an email. The worst thing that they can say is no, or make you pay postage to return it. I would type the flavor into all the flavors and see if it's used in any recipes you are interested in. Maybe expand your flavor collection. I've only used liquid barns vanillas ice cream and it is good but I use it in a lot of creams and custards.
Vanilla sounds a lot better than watermelon anyway lol
Like someone else said let them know and you probably just get to keep the vanilla too I doubt they want it back. That’s like when McDonald’s gives you the wrong food they aren’t supposed to take it back if you manhandle it. So make sure you open it and touch it a bit:p
