New DIY Supply Company, Mr Flavors
submitted over 4 years ago by Jessicalynfox

I recently posted asking if anyone had heard of a diy vape supply vendor called Mr Flavors out of Kennesaw GA. No one had. I figured I would give them a chance and see. I am writing this as there was interest in the previous posts about updates on how my purchase went.

I will start by saying their prices are VERY good. 30ml is as small as they go, but at $3 for all brands you can't complain. They have nicotine as well freebase and salt, 240ml at around $14, maybe 15. They have a decent selection. They have 10pk bottles for around $2.50. Shippimg was reasonable as well.

Shipping took about as long as my last river supply order. The flavors come in unicorn bottles in amber color. The noc comes that way as well.

The flavors taste the same strength when compared to what I have bought at River Supply and Bull City, so not thinned out with pg. The Nic is on par with what I got from River Supply last order. It's clear and not harsh. They also have a rewards system similar to that at LNW OR CV.

I placed a 2nd order already as well. I very much enjoyed my experience with them.

If they are a legit company, they need to update their website security. It's not encrypted and on an insecure connection and credit card information can be hacked.

I was going to place an order, but this stopped me. Just had my info stolen on one card last week, still a bit wary... lol Too bad tho... $3 for 30ml FLV is insane (especially Alpine Strawberry!)

I checked their website on Chrome and Firefox. Both browsers flag it as an insecure connection. Really is a shame. Prices are ridiculously low on some brands.

I didn't have any issues with being flagged as insecure. I also have a venmo card I use for purchases on line and only send exactly what I am spending just before I purchase.

The certificate chain appears valid, but all the URLs are being rewritten to HTTP. If I manually change the protocol to https:// in the address bar, I get a secure response. However, every URL on the page is http:// ... I'd say a rewrite module is misconfigured.

No one should buy from this website until the issue is resolved. Sending your CC/Debit details over an insecure channel is stupid. Just don't do it. If you just have to then use Privacy.com and set the spending limit.

Yeah something isn't right with the website. Even when you enter the https into the address, it appears valid, but the certificate for the main page only is valid from Jan 11, 2021 til April 12, 2021. Very peculiar if you ask me. There's not much on the company when searching for reviews or social media. Phone number is registered to another vape business at that address. It's definitely a coin toss on legitimacy.

I noticed that to, very odd for a cert used in ecommerce.

Good Morning! I own the website and business. To answer a few questions I have seen in the thread:

  1. The website was incomplete but will be complete by end of weekend.
  2. The security issue is being resolved before the hard launch Monday. The certificate is valid but the everything needs to be directed correctly. Easy fix.
  3. The pricing model will change a touch as we received had some priced below cost and have received a warning letter from 1 company before launch.
  4. We do and will continue to manufacture commercial sold eliquids as we always have but also have a passion for the DIY market as that is how I started in 2013.

We appreciate the support and look forward to answering any questions you may have!

I have no proof that this isn't a legit company. But seeing 30ml FLV Alpine Strawberry for $3 makes me suspicious.

Another red flag is the choices for nicotine labeled as SALT and TRADITIONAL.
The listed prices for nic also seem a bit off.
You can order 960ml (4x240ml) for $36 ($9x4) . . . but for an extra $13 you get and extra 40ml and three less bottles.

|Qty|Price| |:---:|:---:| |240ml|$9| |1000ml|$49|

I think I'll pass.

Tried googling it and can't find the website. Any chance you can type it out?

EDIT: Never mind, I'm apparently not awake enough yet. I found it

Looks as though they take PayPal

If they do, Paypal will shut them down. It's against their rules.

If anyone else orders from them, keep us posted. I would like to hear about more experiences, with this company.

I dug around a lot before I ordered first. What I found I'd it looks like they were a Vape store, My Vapor Bar. If you look around on Facebook you will find a post from The vape store asking if any of thei customers dabble in diy. It looks like they manufactured a decent amount of commercial vape liquid. With all that I am thinking they may be selling off their stock from that to test the waters.

I was going to order from them when she posted her original post bc $3 for 30ml Apline Strawberry was soooo tempting! However I chose not to once my browser flagged it as a "potential security threat", then once I went to their page anyway, I couldn't send them a message via their contact form on their webpage & decided against it. It seems like FLV is completely off their website now, I wonder if they were/ are clearing out old stock?

PS- glad your purchase went well OP!! What goodies did you get? & do your flavors have expiration dates (I'm curious what the exp dates may be)?

I didn't pay attention about exp dates. I will look in the morning. I got tfa Graham cracker clear because I am extremely familiar with the flavor, fa caramel, again I am familiar, fa soho, tfa pie crust (again this one I would notice if diluted), fa custard. A few more, fa white peach. I went with flavors I knew well but needed to restock soon. I am not a huge flavorah fan, but my second order did go through with a lot of flavorah because I ordered for my sister and that is what she wanted.
