Best custard?

Best custard to use to compliment a rhubarb flavour. Also what percentage. Please bear in mind I like a strong flavour, and burn at 60-80w depending...

Thank you

If you're looking for a plain custard flavor (not vanilla custard) I'd suggest INW Custard, use around 2%.

INW Custard also requires very little steep time, and if you want to turn it into a vanilla custard you can just add 1% INW Shisha Vanilla.

If you don’t mind vanilla, TFA Vanilla Custard II is great! Chef’s Flavours out of the UK also carries FA Custard Premium, which is excellent.

If you search “rhubarb” in this sub, the second thread that comes up has some great guidance in it for this specific flavor profile.

Hi. If you want a full, rich custard that’s good off the shake, try Custard Now.

Inw custard is what you seek. Also Fa premium custard. And interesting enough...regular Fa Custard would work well (maybe best) as the lemon note from it will pair well with the rhubarb. But I prefer Inw. It’s a blank slate that makes it nice to work with
