Reliable DIY shipments to New York

Hello, so far - liquid barn wont ship to New York and I ordered from liquid nicotine wholesalers about a week and a half ago and it looks like I wont be getting the full package. I bought liquid nicotine (with a vg/pg mix), as well full flavors, and a few tools to mix. Should I instead by the nicotine and vg/pg seperate? There doesn't seem to a lot of answers online, so thanks in advance.

when you say nic with VG/PG mixed, what concentration are you purchasing? You can't (safely) order nic without some VG/PG as a carrier, but if you purchased your nic at your desired nic level, you'll end up with a lower concentration in your final mix.

I've had no trouble ordering from LNW myself. Shipping might not have been terribly quick, but the nic I ordered arrived safely.

When you say "tools" to mix do you mean pipettes/graduated cylinders/syringes or do you mean a scale and some bottles?

What flavors did you purchase?

How is the nic from LNW? I've never tried there's before. I tried ordering nic a couple weeks ago and the site I was on wouldn't ship to NY.

It's fine it's not the best nic I've had but it's not terribly harsh or anything.

I ordered 250mg/ml and it came to me a light amber color, no real smell to it but definitely darker than I expected. Color aside, it doesn't seem peppery, so that much is good. I did order in July or August though, so the shipping conditions were markedly less kind than they are today.

They also offer nic salts in less from 3mg-24mg, which LNW has officially discontinued any strengths less than 24mg. Definitely can’t sub ohm at those levels.

I'm in NY. Jc, why do you think you won't be getting the full package? Did you pay LNW extra for FedEx or something, because I heard FedEx was intercepting vape mail but USPS hasn't started yet? I bought a bit of 50/50 nic salts from there a few weeks or a month ago and had no issues (USPS).

I use Nicvape but i am not in New York (Tokyo)

according to their website they ship inside of the US.

I use them since a very long time and like their 100% Custom Clearance, never had any problems!

And never buy Premixed Stuff (because of legal limitations)

Edit: or do you think about 120ml of 100% Nicotine “in Pg/ Vg”?
