Flavors are based in PG, not VG.

What are the recipes?

Your right, my mistake. I was making single flavor fruit juices. (Mango, strawberry etc)

That's not the best choice for flavor and if you are mixing them at 10% that won't work out well

Can you make a recommendation for a recipe that would work?

My problem has been finding a nic salt that doesn't taste like soggy socks soaked in cig butts. Only one company has decent nic and it's crazy expensive and i still can't mix above a 22mg without ruining my recipes.

Well, I don’t know if this will be of any help but I would ditch the Novo 2 at some point if you could. I had a novo 2 for a while and no matter the juice I used it tasted like nothing and leaked constantly. I’m currently using a Vapresso Xros as my pod mod and it works amazing for flavor and cloud production.

I still use my Novo 2/3's on occasion. I love the fit in a watch pocket. However, the Xros is absolutely my go-to pod. I just ordered one for my wife and a backup for me as well. I like it even more than my wife's Caliburn G.

I like 12 mg freebase in the Xros .8 pods for a nice little throat hit without being too harsh, but I also enjoy higher nic salt juices. I intend on experimenting soon on mixed nic/hybrid juices when my shipment from LNW gets here. I'll let you know if I find the sweet spot!

I absolutely love the xros. I’ve had mine for about a month now and I’m still using the .8 pod that came with it. Honestly, I’m not in a position to mix juice myself right now (not enough room for supplies). But there’s a local company in my town that mixes they’re own juice, and I usually just use regular juices in my pod. I don’t really like a throat hit personally, I like it flavorful and smooth

I'm pretty interested in this. Have you tried the Vaporesso Renova Zero? If so I'd be interested to hear how you'd compare the two. I've been using the Renova Zero for a while and I don't know much about other pod systems.

I’m kind of in the same boat there. I’ve really only used the smok novo 2 and the vapresso xros for pod systems. And I’ve really only got those for carrying at work. Sorry mate!

All good! Now that I think about it I'm pretty sure my same friend who turned me onto the Renova Zero actually has the Xros now. I'll probably end up giving it a try sometime since they aren't too pricey.

Honestly im not big into vaping, i do it solely because i quit Cigarettes. Ive bought very good and tasty nic salt juices from vape shops local to me so i know its possible, im just trying to replicate it so its cheaper for me to vape.

I feel that man. Well sadly I’m not big into DIY juice, but I have heard that with pod systems it’s really hard to replicate flavors. If you plan to vape longer term, I would 100% suggest a box mod though. Either that or a pod system with replaceable coils.

Why dont you use regular nic instead of nic salt? Next to being cheaper the taste would improve imo.

My device only allows for nic salt
