I have been searching, and many of the obscure posts with flavors from Europe no longer exist. I just used black licorice FW at 6% with pink raspberry at 2%, and it's just missing any real body. I'm not sure what to do or where to go. Thanks.

Wow that Licorice Berry Much looks great! Next order: CAP Licorice and OOO Powered Sugar. Have a feeling the FA Black Currant is where that old-school nostalgia would be coming from!
Tried CAP Licorice?

Well holy shit. I would have never thought about vaping black licorice. It’s one of my fave things.
FA Black Touch brings the old fashioned black licorice brown sugar depth that is relatively absent in twizzlers, could help with depth/body. Anise can add to bright notes.
I've recently had a "soft chewing licorice" from Australia that had cocoa in it and it was a surprisingly good addition to it's body... though I have no idea what chocolate/cocoa flavor could do the same for a vape.
Maybe I'll add that. It smelled weird on its own.
FA Black Touch has always been a bit of a miss to me on its own. It's lacking something important in it, that I can't quite put my finger on what would be. Maybe lack of an element of salmiak, as FA Black Touch to me is just overly much anise.
That's why i like to mix it with CAP Licorice to get a much fuller and rounder licorice, that brings the best from both anise and salmiak. Granted I know there are a huge difference on American black licorice and European licorice.
It has a bit of the eccence of the inside of the bag now that I've mixed it in. I do like it, but I think I will get the cap licorice and include that, too. Still is good, though. I like European style licorice way more than American styles. My grandma would get stuff from Norway, snd those were the best.
FWIW, here's my recipe based on CAP Licorice: https://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/3379607/Noir%20Desir
The anise part is pretty volatile in my experience, so store your concentrate in glass and make small batches at a time.
