So I just started vapeing again after falling off the wagon last year (I blame my sister no personal responsibility accepted ;) and I used to love DIY mixing but I thought for my first few bottles I would start with concentrates + vg/pg and nic while I decide on which recipes to mix. My question is I mixed up some Red Astaire which I used to love but realise I've mixed it at 20% instead of the recommended 15%, it's now steeping but I'm wondering is there any way to salvage this? Or have I wasted 10 quid? It's such a powerful flavour worried that 20% will be too much.
Ps. Was relieved I didn't cough once after picking up the vape again and have decided on u/ID10-T s world famous If You Like Pina Coladas for my first mix. I chatted with him a bit on here when I used to vape ages ago, lovely fella and I mixed a Blueberry Cream Dragonfruit weird recipe he made that I loved, I'm a bit out of touch with the scene if anyone can recommend a great fruity / cooling recipe would love that. Hate too much sweetner, but don't mind a hint of cream.....
Edit: Spelling
Why not just dilute it back down to 15% by adding PG/VG (and the appropriate amount of nic)?
Probably a good idea, but I made the mistake of mixing a 30ml concentrate in a 150ml bottle assuming it would be 20% like most of them are meaning add 2 x 18mg nic shots and top it off with vgpg mix doh so no room in there or bigger bottle to add anything, also I'm a bit lost on how to calculate at the moment hence the cheaty start, hopefully I'll get back into the swing soon, I'm a yesr older and I wasn't that bright before lol
So you could still split it into two separate bottles and dilute them both. Can you write down exactly what is included in the 150ml bottle (in bullet point) so that we can help you with calculating how to dilute it?
Include either percentage or ml for every item (flavour, nic, VG/PG).
