Really you want your VG and PG sealed/air tight.

VG more so, as it will pretty quickly absorb moisture from the environment and before long it will be ruined. It will get very crackly sounding when you vape ( because of the water boiling at a lower temp than VG/PG ) and not produce much vapor.

If possible I'd recommend to look for another cap, or to move them into a different container.

It could still be fine, but tossing it is a safe bet.

At least VG/PG are pretty cheap.
