One shot or flavour concentrate?
submitted almost 5 years ago by Olly230

I think i've made the mistake

Or this one shot is just bad.

"BIG BOTTLE SALE - Glazed Doughnut Flavour Concentrate 500ml"

From everything eliquid. Real cheap deal so wasn't expecting amazing.

Its not in the big bottle sale anymore but the closest they have is

everythingliquid(dot)co(dot)uk/shop/flavour-concentrates/glazed-doughnut-one-shot-flavour-concentrate-the-mixmaster-range/

Smells like solvent.

Mixed at 20% to start (100% VG man)

Steeped for weeks, and then months.
tried dropping it to 10%.

"Dry" solvent effect still there.

It has just dawned on me it might be a concentrate not a one shot.

Has anyone else tried this one from this retailer? (long shot I know)

Now we know what happens after the play-doh percentages have been compromised. Upgrade to level 3 where we house our solvents..

"We recommend mixing this concentrate at around 15% for a 50-50 e-liquid. If you’re mixing a higher VG blend you might want to try it at 20% first. " Right from the product page.

It's a one shot (right in the URL; right on the product page).

"big bottle deals" wording and product descriptions are different.

The URL is what I assumed I was buying a big bottle of.

They just got back to me and its Capella glazed doughnut in different packaging. Which means I've mixed waay too strong.

Hi. You might want to read a review CAP Glazed Donut. There are quite a few recipes online that utilize it. There‘s one rule every mixer should try to follow. Never buy huge bottles of anything you’ve never tried before no matter how cheap it is or how delicious it sounds. Always try to go for the smallest amount (10-15ml when buying flavor concentrates). You can always buy more if you enjoy it. Good luck.

Thanks for the link. And yes your words are good.

I tried their 1 shot. Thought I was buying a lot of that.

Good news is that I have 2 litres mixed at 15%.(no nic) Which now means I have 6+ !!!!
