'What are you vaping?' Thread - Week of November 2, 2020
submitted almost 5 years ago by c5b4c91772c729fc7d0a

This thread is for you to share what you are vaping lately, be it your own or another mixers recipe. Maybe you happened to stumble upon your new ADV in the November Recipes Thread? Or did someone recommend your first mix to you in the Suggest a recipe for my flavors Thread

Share what you liked or didn't like too much, but most importantly, please make sure to properly link to the recipe and to the mixer if they're on reddit.

If you need some inspiration, some websites keep track of your mixes and batches: e-Liquid Recipes and All The Flavors.

Also make sure to checkout last week's thread for inspiration or to follow up on a mix that turned out even better after a week of steeping! We keep an archive of all the past threads in our wiki as well

Happy Vaping!

I love mixing INW Cactus with like one other flavor, it's so versatile in the 0.5-1.5% range. Past that percentage I only use it in my cactus and ws-23 juice. I'll have to give this a try, thanks!

I made a strawberry cheesecake with 4% strawberry cheesecake, 2% vienna cream, and 1% sweetener. it's been steeping for about 4 days and so far it tastes pretty good.

Vienna Cream will be better after two weeks.

yeah I don't plan on touching it for a couple weeks just shaking them everyday. I just wanted to get a good idea where they were heading after a couple days. I've also got a sour gummy Greek yogurt and Belgian waffle with Vienna cream and vanilla ice cream steeping.

Originally I thought that you were using FA Vienna Cream, but then it just occurred to me that it is probably LB.

1% FLV Citrus Soda, 2% CAP Golden Pineapple, 2% CAP Sweet Guava, 0.75% WS-23, 1% INW Cactus. Been working on this one for a while, and found recently that the citrus soda is a nice addition that smooths everything out

Have you had any issues with the citrus soda? I read that its got Vitamin E in it and im a bit worried. I've got a mountain dew recipe steeping for my dad and me and I want to hear other peoples reviews of it. I know that vitamin E acetate is the dangerous compound but I've heard that vitamin E is still a lipid and should be avoided. Thoughts?

I can't find anything about citrus soda containing vitamin E, or vitamin E acetate. I also haven't felt any lung abnormalities or sicknesses since I started using it months ago. Just looking off the the GC-MS, MSDS, and the flavor safety website posted in this subreddit, I can't find anything concerning about FLV Citrus Soda. Do you remember where you read that? I'm not trying to disprove you or anything, I'd just like to know if I should probably stop using this flavor.

Perhaps you were thinking of TFA Citrus Punch?

Oh shoot I am, my bad. I read up on it more and found a thread where someone emailed TFA about it. They said that the vitamin E in their flavoring is .002 percent. That honestly seems like such a small amount I don't think I'll even worry about it.

Here is the comment

Finishing up a bottle from 2 weeks ago mentioned here.

Had been vaping my YADFM off the shake previous 2 days, but my Vertex RTA's wicking isn't right and getting semi-dry hits. :( Really would prefer to vape the fruity mix tonight.
