Peanutbutter quest
submitted almost 5 years ago by Skyisthelimit86

So years ago there was a small online vendor that sold peanutbutter heavenly. That company is now gone. Now I'm into DYI and I'm trying to match something that matches that profile. The main profile I recall is peanutbutter and cream, I've tried most recipes on ALF. So I'm asking whats your favorite diy peanutbutter combination. Steam on has a peanut butter custard, I can't stand it for some reason. I have taken his peanutbutter combo 6 percent tfa peanutbutter and .75 caramel. And I have been attempting to make my own. I'm asking for your favorite peanutbutter recipes or peanutbutter combination to help in my journey.

Peanutbutter was the flavor that got me off cigarettes, so this recipe is very dear to me. I've been liquid diy for a couple years now, been building coils for 6 years. DIY is where my heart is. The liquid that got me to quit smoking permanently was from a small batch mixologist and is no longer available. I have tried many different brands of retail liquid chasing after that same style peanutbutter, and nothing came close. Most all taste the same to me. This recipe is different, and as far as I can remember is a pretty accurate interpretation of the liquid from years past. I mix at 80vg/20pg and 1.5mg nic, and I mix by weight. The longer it steeps, the creamier it gets...but absolutely acceptable as a shake and vape. I've never shared this recipe with anyone, so hopefully you try it and enjoy it as much as I do. Side note; I am a high wattage dripper and vape about 30mls a day. My recipes are designed to be subtle enough to not destroy my coils after a day. If it's not intense enough for you, try upping all the flavors. 3% peanutbutter (TFA) 3% peanutbutter (CAP) 1% pistachio (TFA) 2% marshmallow (FW) 3% vanilla custard v1 (CAP)

Yeah that's a good one, I should go back and try it again sometime. I've vaped over 2.5 Liters of my PB Custard Cups. Keep thinking I will get tired of it but I don't! Went to remix a few nights ago and realized I need to reorder another 120ml of TFA Peanut Butter again. Love that stuff.

Do you prefer TFA Peanut Butter over TFA DX Peanut Butter? The DX is what I have and I use it all the time in place of the OG peanut butter. I have heard the DX is better so I never bothered with getting the regular one

Personally prefer the OG but DX is good too

In building a peanut butter I know a popular combo has been TFA peanut butter with FLV peanut butter and then like .25-.5% Flv sweet coconut to add some cream and tone down the savory note

PB Ice cream

peanut butter milkshake

peanut butter cream

fun one - Greedy Squirrel

Peanut Butter Shake

One of my favourites. Note that it's the DX version of TFA Peanut Butter you want.

Not certain why, but the link gives me an error. Going to ATF directly and searching for the recipe works fine though.

I like my PB strong, so I dig this combo:

TFA Peanut Butter DX @ 11% +

CAP Peanut Butter @ 0.5%

VTA Peanut it's the secret to making peanut butter concentrate taste real. But go super low 0.15 to start, and up it for more nuts.
